Liebe Suchende*r,
bei einer Freundin in Berlin ist ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei und ich möchte die Gelegenheit nutzen, ein bisschen Zeit in Berlin zu verbringen.
## Zeitraum
Von meiner Seite aus ist das Ganze sehr flexibel. Einzug wäre zum 1. Mai möglich und die Wohnzeit wären 1 - 3 Monate.
## Wohnen
Das Zimmer finde ich total toll, weil groß (24 Quadratmeter) und sehr hell (riesen Fenster nach Osten). Ich habe ein paar Pflanzen und wäre dir sehr dankbar, wenn du sie gießt - wenn aber gewünscht, kann ich sie woanders in Obhut geben.
Zum Verstauen gibt es einen großen Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode, außerdem Platz für Krempel, Fahrrad und Wäsche im Keller und auf dem Dach.
Außerdem gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Bildschirm zum Glotzen und selbstverständlich 2 Balkone. Unter uns befindet sich eine Zahnarztpraxis - von daher ist Toben gar kein Problem, dabei Zähne ausschlagen auch nicht.

there is a vacant room at a friend's place in Berlin. I'm taking this opportunity to vibe on some Berlin waves.
## time span
From my side it is quite flexible. You can move in on 1st of May. From one to three months, everything is possible.
## living
I love the room, because it's large (24 square meters) and very bright (huge window to the east). I have a few plants hangin' around and would be very grateful if you watered them, unless you want me to give them into care elsewhere.
For storing private things there is a large closet and a dresser in my room, and more space for other stuff like bike and laundry in the basement and in the attic.
In addition, there is a living room with sofa bed, a TV screen and 2 balconies, a smaller one attached to the kitchen and a bigger one next to Jacobos room. The flat is located above a dentist's office - so no need to worry about noises.

## Zusammenleben
Ich lebe hier zusammen mit Jacobo. Jacobo hat seinen Master abgeschlossen und ist derzeit auf Stellensuche - aktuell also viel zu Hause.
Jacobo mag gutes Essen und gute Drinks, liest, schaut und genießt die Sonne am Deich. Wenn die Pandemie es zulässt, ist er Dancer. Außerdem verbringt er aktuell sehr viel Zeit mit seiner Freundin (sympathisch, total lieb)- mal bei ihr und mal bei uns.
Ich lebe sehr sehr gerne mit Jacobo zusammen. Seine sehr entspannte, liebe und total sympathische Art, sowie seine Fähigkeit, gut zu kommunizieren, machen ihn zu einem Mitbewohner, der seinesgleichen sucht.
Bedingung für meine Exkursion nach Berlin war, eine Person zu finden, mit der Jacobo sich wohlfühlt. Das heißt, auch wenn die Wohnzeit sehr kurz ist, wollen wir dich gerne kennen lernen und legen Wert auf ein gutes Match.
## Covid.
Ja Covid. Weil in diesem Thema gerade beim Zusammenleben viel Potential für Mordgedanken steckt, ein Abriss über unsere Vorstellungen:
Großes Gruppentreffen geht natürlich nicht, mit 3 - 4 Leuten und auch mal drinnen treffen, sollte aber im Rahmen sein (sofern erlaubt, natürlich). Das Allerwichtigste aber ist, dass man im guten Kontakt darüber ist!

## living together
Your flatmate is Jacobo. He finished his master’s degree and is looking for a job - so he’s currently at home most of the days.
Jacobo likes good food and good drinks. He likes spending time at Osterdeich, reading or just chillin’. If Covid allows, he is a dancer. Currently he likes to see his girlfriend (very nice person) frequently - both at our place and at her’s.
I really enjoy living with Jacobo. Thanks to his relaxed, dear and sympathetic nature and his regardful way of communication, he is a first-class flat mate.
A comfortable living experience during my absence is our condition for my excursion to the capital. So although the subletting period might be short, it is important to us to get to know each other well in order to ensure an appropriate match.
## Covid
It can be an explosive topic, especially when living together. That's why we'd like to outline our thoughts about it:
Large group meeting is, of course, inappropriate. Meeting 3 - 4 people, also indoors, should be possible (if permitted, of course). The most important thing, however, is a good communication about it!
