The room is located on the first floor and has a large, light-flooded window facing a quiet beautiful street and a tree. It is about 20 square meters (actually just rather estimated). In addition, in the house you have 3 other floors, garden, 3 kitchens, 1 terrace and so on...
It's getting rented furnished and the price is 273€ in total. The price includes WG money where we pay WIFI, cleaning stuff, cat food, reparations around the house, ... from.
The 10er WG once settled in a very beautiful old building on a quiet street in The Viertel. From here it is only a few minutes walk to the corner and to the Dobben.
A bus stop to the central station is almost at the front door, the train stop "Am Dobben" can be reached in 5 minutes. The way to the university is also very doable with a short bike ride along the park (or easy by tram). Supermarkets and bakery is in the neighbourhood as well as a very (!) good Späti.
We (Josu, Esther, Edu, Wiebke, Lasse, Isalie, Paula and Richy) are all doing different stuff. Sometimes we gather for little projects, like pruducing music, recording music videos, parties in the garden… We get along extremely well, spend a lot of time together and friends are always welcome.
Of course since we are so many people and everyone is having their own routine during the day, not all of us are gathering all the time; so no worries, you can always take as much space as you need.
The whole house is ours and all four floors are open to everyone from top to bottom.
At the beginning of each month we have a WG plenum to create space for all topics that should be discussed. Whether it's about the house or about personal issues or whether Isalie's dad will order cocktails for us again, we'll see :)
We are an international WG, so our common language is english.
We have a WG Cat, this independent lady is called Lazor and she's hanging out in the whole house, so take care about allergies:)
