Es handelt sich um keine reine Zweck-WG, Interesse an gelegentlichen gemeinsamen Unternehmungen wie Kochen, Kneipe usw. ist sehr erwünscht, ein harmonisches respektvolles Miteinander-Wohnen ist selbstverständlich.
Es handelt sich um eine groß geschnittene Wohnung über 2 Etagen mit Fluren und auch einem Extra-WC sowie natürlich Küche/Wohnküche.
