Raum zur Zwischenmiete/möbliert/Oktober 2022 - März 2023

Die Lage ist das Besondere an der Wohnung, denn wir wohnen direkt vor dem Viertel, einen Katzensprung von 10 Gehminuten zum Bermudadreieck/Sielwall entfernt, ohne dem ständigen Lärm ausgesetzt sein zu müssen. Lediglich an das Martinshorn muss man sich gewöhnen, da wir quasi direkt um die Ecke vom Klinikum Bremen-Mitte wohnen, was jedoch in dem Zimmer, da es nicht zur Straßenseite, sondern zum Innenhof schaut, nicht besonders laut ist. Der Innenhof steht selbstverständlich auch zur freien Nutzung zur Verfügung. Direkt vor der Haustür haben wir verschiedene Imbisse, einen Bäcker, einen Kiosk, der auch bis spät auf hat und einen Netto-Markt. Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür, sodass man immer schnell in die Innenstadt oder in Richtung Uni kommt. Wenn man 10 Gehminuten in Kauf nimmt erreicht man schnurstracks die Straßenbahnhaltestellen der Nummer 1, 2, 3, 4, und 10, sodass man von uns aus wirklich vollkommen problemlos mit den Öffis unterwegs ist. Wenn man das Grüne vermisst, sind Osterdeich und Bürgerpark mit dem Fahrrad keine 5 Minuten entfernt.

The location is the special thing about the apartment, because we live near the Viertel, 10 minutes away from the Bermudadreieck/Sielwall, without having to be exposed to the constant noise. Only to the siren you have to get used to, because we live directly around the corner of the hospital Bremen-Mitte, but it is not particularly loud in the room, because it looks not to the street side but to the courtyard. The courtyard is of course also available for free use. Directly in front of the door we have various snack bars, a bakery, a kiosk, which is also open until late and a Netto market. The bus stop is right outside the front door, so you can always get to the city center or towards the university quickly. If you take a 10-minute walk, you can easily reach the streetcar stops number 1, 2, 3, 4, and 10, so you can really get around by public transport without any problems. If you miss the green, Osterdeich and Bürgerpark are less than 5 minutes away by bike.

In der WG wohnen derzeit Daniel und ich (Laïla). Daniel ist ein 24-jähriger Ingenieur aus Spanien. Zu seinen Hobbies zählen Gitarre und Klavier spielen, Bouldering und ins Fitnessstudio gehen. Ich (Laïla) bin eine 27-jährige Redakteurin aus Frankreich. Ich mache täglich Yoga, lese gerne und bin oft unterwegs, um ins Kino zu gehen, ein Konzert zu hören oder eine Fahrradtour zu machen.
Unser WG-Leben ist angenehm und entspannt. Da wir beide schon berufstätig sind haben wir in der Woche einen recht strukturierten Tagesablauf. Trotzdem sind wir keine Zweck-WG: wir unterhalten uns abends in der Küche, freuen uns auf einen kleinen Gesellschaftsspielabend oder auf einen Ausflug zum Werdersee, aber durch das Berufsleben findet dies natürlich nicht jeden Tag statt. Insgesamt sind wir sehr kommunikativ und legen großen Wert auf ein freundliches und respektvolles Miteinander.
WG-Pflichten sind auf das wöchentliche Putzen beschränkt, sprich wir haben einen rotierenden Wochenputzplan, welcher nicht viel Zeit in Anspruch nimmt, da wir stets bemüht sind die Wohnung auch unabhängig von ihm sauber zu halten.

In the flat you would live with Daniel und I (Laïla). Daniel is a 24 year old engineer from Spain. He loves playing guitar und piano, going to the fitness centre and bouldering. I (Laïla) am a 27 year old editor from France, who likes yoga, reading and going out to the cinema, see a concert or for a bike tour. Our flat-sharing life is pleasant and relaxed. As we both work we have a fairly structured daily routine during the week. Still we are absolutely not a purpose WG, we like to chat in the evening in the kitchen, play games or go out together, but due to professional life this of course does not take place every day. Overall, we are very communicative and attach great importance to a friendly and respectful coliving experience.
WG duties are limited to weekly cleaning, that is, we have a rotating weekly cleaning schedule, which does not take much time, because we are always trying to keep the apartment clean even independently of the schedule.
