Das Zimmer ist schoen und sehr hell. Es ist circa 13qm gross.
Die Wohnung ist klein aber sehr gemuetlich und funktional fuer 2-3 Leute.
Die liegt am 1.EO in einem Haus, wo ueberhaupt Studentend und Jugendlichen wohnen.
The room is nice and very bright. It is about 13m2.
The flat is small but very cosy and perfectly functional for 2-3 people.
It is in the first floor of a house where mostly students live.
The kitchen is nice and big enough to let the WG enjoy meals together, and still leaving room for some friends!
Die Wohnung ist in Findorff, Seitenbürgerweide. Viele Supermärkte sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß weit weg (Penny, Netto, Rewe, Rossmann, 2 Bio-Märkte). Der Markt gibt es 3-mal pro Woche. Die Marktplatz ist ganz in der Nähe. Die Hauptstraße von Findorff, mit mehreren Restaurants und Bars und Imbiss, ist gleich um die Ecke.
Die Bushaltestellen sind bei max 5min zu Fuß (der nächste ist weniger als 100 m entfernt) mit direkter Bus nach Uni.
The flat is in Findorff, side Buergerweide. Many Supermarkets are whithin a 5min walk distance (Penny, Netto, Rewe, Rossman, 2 bio-markets). The neighborhood-market takes place 3 times per week. The market's square is very close. The main street of Findorff, with several restaurants and bars and imbiss, is just around the corner.
The bus stops are at max 5min walk (the closest is less than 100m away) with direct bus going to uni.
Im Moment wohnen mein Freund und ich in der Wohnung, aber wir planen, sehr bald sie zu verlassen ... hoffentlich am Ende Oktober. Aus diesem Grund möchten wir, dass unsere neuen Mitbewohnerin/er nimmt der Vertrag unter ihren/seinen Namen.
Wir sind ein sehr respektvoll und offen Paar, wir lieben die Zeit mit Freunden, sondern auch manchmal zu Hause entspannen. Wenn du das italienische Essen magst, so lange wir zusammen wohnen, kannst du es mit uns genießen!! :)
At the moment my boyfriend and me are living in the flat, but we are planning to leave very soon...hopefully by the end of October. For this reason we would like that our new flatmates takes the contract under his/her name.
We are a very respectful and open minded couple, we love spending time with friends but also relaxing at home sometimes. If you like italian food, as long as we leave together you can (but obviously don't have to!!) enjoy it with us!! :)
