Ab 15.2.2015, such ich eine Nachmieterin (nur Studentin) für mein möbliertes WG Zimmer. Deine Bewhonerin ist eine alte deutsche Frau. Sie sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist 20m² groß, und kostet 250 Euro mit allem drum und dran (ohne Internet). Es ist mit einem Kleiderschrank, Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Sessel und Regal möbliert.
Gemeinsame Küche, Bad und kleinen Balkon.
Anbindung:
Der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zur Uni sind es ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, 12 min mit dem Bus.
Bus 25, 26, 27, 28, 5 minuten erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es diverse in der Nähe und sind alle locker unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (Netto, Penny, Rewe).
Der Vertrag des Internet kann Mann nur am nachste December kündigen. Ich hoffe, dass Sie mit mir zuerst zahlen die Internetgebühr von 10 Monate. Es ist in Summe 200 Euro.

I'm looking for a new ternant for my roommate from 15.2.2015. She is an nice german lady (about 70 years old) and very interested in foreign culture. The flat is in findorff with convenient transportation: bus 25, 26, 27 and 28 and shopping place: Netto, Penny, Lidl, Rewe. Your room is 20 m², fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, sofa, shelf, table, chair and TV. The rent is 250 Euro (warm) except the internet. Since she prefers a female, the room will be only rented for a girl student(better from abroad).
The internet contract is signed under my name and it can only be cancelled in the middle of next Decemeber. I hope you can pay me the internet fee during these 10 months firstly. It's in sum 200 Euro.
