Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 15 qm groß mit eigener Waschecke inkl. Waschbecken im Zimmer und vom Wohnheim möbliert (90x200 Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl sowie zwei Regale). Durch deinem Fenster guckst du auf eine ruhige Straße.
Die Pauschalmiete (inkl. Strom, Heizung, Wasser und Internet) beträgt 307,- € .
Im Wohnheim gibt es einen Waschkeller mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, die mit der Mensakarte bezahlt werden. Ein Wasch- bzw. Trockengang kostet 2€. Außerdem ist im Parkhaus neben massenhaft Platz für Autos auch ein Fahrradkäfig, in den ihr euren Drahtesel schließen könnt.

Your future room is roughly 15 sqm large with its own sink and furnished (single bed, closet, desk, chair, two shelves).
Through your window, you can see a calm street.
The rent (electricity, heat, hydro, internet all included) is 307.- €.
The student accommodation has washing machines and dryers in the basement. They're activated with the Mensa card and each cycle costs 2 EUR. In our garage, we have an area for parking bikes.
Die Lage ist ziemlich perfekt und ist relativ mittig zwischen Hochschule und Uni.
Die Haltestelle für die Linie 25 (mit der man so gut wie überall hinkommt) ist praktisch vor der Haustür; zum Uni-Bus (28) oder zum Hochschul-Bus (26, 27) läuft man ca. 10 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Rewe, Rossman, Lidl, Aldi etc. sind auch nur 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Bahnhof läuft man ca. 20 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad ist man sowieso ganz schnell überall.
Das Beste: Du fällst zwei mal um und bist im Bürgerpark (manchmal kann man bei uns die Esel I-Ahn hören) und das Viertel ist auch nicht weit.
The location is pretty perfect and lies in the middle of the University Bremen and the University of Applied Sciences Bremen (Hochschule Bremen). The bus stop for the line 25 with which you can get almost anywhere is 5 minutes by foot. The lines 28 (University) and 26/27 are 10 minutes by foot.
Grocery shopping (REWE, Rossmann, Lidl, ALDI etc.) is also 15 minutes by foot. The main station is approx. 20 minutes by foot but the best vehicle in Bremen is of course a bicycle with which you can get almost anywhere in the city in a short time.
Also, we have the Bürgerpark right next to us which is...unsurprisingly a big park and the Viertel (where the fun begins) is not far, too :)
Wir sind eine Mischung aus internationalen und deutschen Studierenden von unterschiedlichen Studiengängen. Was uns auf jeden Fall wichtig ist, ist mit Menschen zusammenzuwohnen, die auch Lust auf gesellige Unternehmungen haben. Wir sind ein lustiger und bunt gemischter Haufen, der sich gern hat. 8 klingt erst mal viel, aber dadurch, dass wir sehr unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe haben, ist das doch alles ziemlich entspannt.
Unsere Wohnung hat eine große und geräumige Wohnküche in der wir gerne einfach nur chillen, reden oder zusammen einen Film gucken oder kochen. Auf dem Balkon gibt es gerade im Sommer die Möglichkeit, entspannt in der Morgensonne zu frühstücken, zu grillen oder den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Gerne kommt auch mal jemand anderes aus dem Wohnheim über den Balkon gehüpft, wenn wir gerade ein abendliches Kaltgetränk genießen.
Deine zukünftigen MitbewohnerInnen sind: Lara (23) studiert Informatik, Shohei (21) macht ein einjähriges Auslandsatudium in Bremen, Patrice (21) studiert Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Revanth (24) studiert Raumfahrttechnik und Amely (22) Kultur- und Politikwissenschaften
In unserer Küche haben wir alles was man so braucht, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Pürierstab und vieles mehr. Außerdem haben wir einen neuen Herd und guten Ofen.
Wir haben übrigens zwei Komplettbäder und ein Gäste WC...somit steht man sich morgens noch weniger auf den Füßen :)
We are a mix of students from various fields, some of us international and some german. We're a bunch of friendly people who like to hang out together, so we're looking for someone who'd also enjoy that! Of course, we respect each other's space and quiet time, too. 8 people may seem like a lot, but we all have different daily routines so the flat is still pretty calm. Our flat has a quite large kitchen-living room where we can chill, talk or watch movies or cook together, and we also have a balcony where we enjoy eating breakfast in summer.
Your future flatmates will be Lara (23) who studies Computer Science, Shohei (21) is a ond year exchange student, Patrice (21) who studies Industry Engineering, Revanth (24) who studies space engineering and Amely (22) who studies cultural and political science.
In our kitchen you can find everything you need, we have a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, smoothie maker, blender and every kind of dishes. We also have a new stove and oven.
We have two complete bathrooms (sink, shower, toilet) and a small WC (small sink and toilet), so we won't stand on each other's feet in the morning trying to get in the bathroom :D
