Das Zimmer ist Ca. 16m² groß (mit eigenem Waschbecken!!), möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regale und Schrank) mit Internetanschluss. Alles, was man so braucht also :)
Zur Wohnung: ca. 175m², Es gibt einen wunderschönen Südbalkon mit Kerzenlicht und Blick auf den Bürgerpark, eine große Wohnküche und Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichen Sofas, zwei Bäder und ein Gäste-WC sowie zwei Abstellräume.
Unten gibt es einen Waschraum, den du mit der Mensa-Card (1,50€) benutzen kannst, Dein Fahrrad steht sicher und trocken im großen Fahrradkeller und/oder dein Auto in der Parkgarage.

The flat is around 16 m² big with its own sink and has already furniture (bed, table, chair) and internet is included. It is part of an apartment (175m²) with a balkony in south direction. There is a big kitchen and living room with a table soccer, and 3 bathrooms. The apartment has a possibility to lock your bicycle away. Therefore everything you will need is included :)
Weidedamm (Findorff/Bürgerpark):
Das Wohnheim liegt perfekt: Mit Bus oder Fahrrad sind es ca 15 Minuten zur Uni (Der Rekord liegt ca bei 10 min ;)) außerdem sind es nur 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Hbf; mit dem Bus sind's 15 Minuten in die Stadt. Somit sind alle zentralen Bereiche super schnell erreichbar!
Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Sparkasse, Apotheken und Hausärzte findest Du in unmittelbarer Nähe innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der schöne und schattige Bürgerpark ist direkt gegenüber vom Wohnheim; Fitnessstudios sind auch nicht weit entfernt (McFit am Hbf, Kingdom of Sports 5 Minuten mit dem Bus).

The apartment is in Findorff, from where you need around 15 min to the university or Hochschule by bus or bicycle. Therefore the central station is just 15 min away by foot. The Bürgerpark, a beautiful park made by the same guy creating the central park, is basically next to the front door :)
There are a lot of shopping stores in the surroundings.
Hier ein bisschen über uns:
In unserer 8er-WG wohnen David, der immer die geilsten Sachen für umsonst findet,
und Simba, unser Motorradliebhaber aus Gran Canaria.
Des Weiteren Lukas, der dich mit seinen Sprüchen immer entweder zum Lachen oder zum Weinen bringen wird.
Neu in der WG ist Carla, die einen immer mit ihren Witzen erheitern kann :D
Und zu guter letzt sind da noch Vish, die mit so ungefähr allen Gewürzen zaubern kann und die tollsten Dinge kocht und unsere herzliche Paola aus Paraguay, die immer gerne mit Dir quatscht und für alle Pläne und Ideen offen ist (auch für geschmolzenen Käse mit Nutella).
Somit sind wir ein bunt gemischter Haufen und gehen gerne zusammen feiern, sitzen aber auch gemütlich zusammen im Wohnzimmer, schnacken, trinken, kickern, kochen und beschnorren uns, schauen Filme und unternehmen allgemein gern und viel zusammen. Also im Wohnzimmer findest Du quasi immer Leute zum prokrastinieren.
Trotzdem kann man sich auch in Ruhe in sein Zimmer zurückziehen wenn man ein bisschen alleine sein will.

I've described the flat mates just in German, because the translation would be a lot of work, sorry for that :D
The flat mates are from all over the world (India, Paraguay, Spain and Netherlands) and are all speaking German and English. You can definitely have a lot of fun with them and they can show you around the city etc. Therefore you can also have your own time in your own room if you want to, so you are always flexibel in doing whatever you want :)
Über eine freundliche Email von dir, in der du dich kurz vorstellst, würden wir uns freuen :)
PS: Das Zimmer gehört zum Studentenwohnheim. Du kannst also leider nur einziehen, wenn Du an der Uni/ Hochschule eingeschrieben bist. Des Weiteren muss eine Kaution von 300 Euro bei Bezug hinterlegt werden, die man aber natürlich zurück bekommt. Das Angebot ist eine Zwischenmiete vom 1.8.19 bis zum 1.2.20, da ich ein Auslandssemester absolvieren werde.

PS: The flat is part of the university dorms, as such you have to be enrolled in university or Hochschule to live here. You have to pay a surety of 300 Euros, but of course you will get it back. The flat is available from 1.8.19 to 1.2.20 since I will complete my internship abroad.
