Das Zimmer besitzt eine Grundfläche von ca.18 Quadratmetern und den Balkonzugang der Wohnung.
Es ist auf einer von vier Seiten mit einer Fensterfront versehen und weitgehend möbliert (mit jeweils
einem: Tisch, Schreibtisch, Regal, Bett (0,9-1 x 2 Meter), + eine Schrankzeile für TV
etc., 3 Stühle). Bis auf die Schrankzeile können entsprechend eigener Wünsche alle Möbel
ausgetauscht werden; die Schrankwand kann demontiert und eingelagert werden.
The room takes up approx. 18 square meters and features the flat´s access to the balcony. One of its
four sides has windows and it is pre-equipped with a set of furniture (one of each: table, desk,
shelf, bed (0.9-1 x 2 meters) + wall unit for TV etc., 3 chairs). Except for the wall unit, all
furniture can be replaced at personal desire, however, the wall unit may be disassembled and stored
if requested.
Zur Lage der Wohnung: Die Gartenstadt Vahr gehört zu den eher grünen Stadtvierteln Bremens. Zu
Fuß sind die Bus- und Bahnlinien 1 (8 Minuten), 21 und 25 (3 minutes). Die
Linien 1 und 25 benötigen etwa 20 beziehungsweise unter 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Mit der
Linie 21 erreicht man die Uni in ungefähr 10 Minuten. Supermärkte und eine Apotheke sind
fußläufig wenige Minuten entfernt, die Post ist ca. 1 Kilometer weit weg.
About the flat’s location: The Gartenstadt Vahr belongs to the rather green quarters of Bremen, so
there are comparatively many pieces of lawn, trees etc. around. One can comfortably catch the bus
and tram lines 1 (8 minutes), 21 and 25 (3 minutes) by foot. The lines 1 and 25 require more or less 17
minutes to the central station, whereas the line 21 takes 10 minutes to the university.
Supermarkets and a pharmacy are only a few minutes away by foot. The next mail office can be
found 1 kilometer away.
Zu mir: Ich heiße Jonas, bin 30 Jahre alt und arbeite in der bremischen Verwaltung. Ich würde mich
als eher gemütlich und generell gesellig beschreiben, also bin ich durchaus für den gelegentlichen
Klönschnack am Küchentisch zu haben. Ich lege auf ein gutes Verhältnis zu meinem/meiner künftigen
Mitbewohner/in Wert und zeige mich in Bezug auf Absprachen zur Organisation von gemeinsamen
Aufgaben gerne offen.
About me: My name is Jonas, I am 30 years old work for the public administration of Bremen. I see
myself as a rather relaxed and sociable type of a person. Therefore, I am indeed available for
occasional talks at the kitchen table or the like. I prefer a good relation to my future flat-mate and I
am open towards the organization of common tasks linked to the maintenance of this flat.

The tenancy is shaped in favour of two major renters (no sub-tenant contract), who are legally equal.
They are in direct contact with the landlady, so all communication with her can be executed without
any further delay.
