die Bilder sind von dem Zimmer, wie es vorher eingerichtet wurde. Da ich hier nur übergangsweise gewohnt habe habe ich das Zimmer nicht wirklich schön eingerichtet, aber auf den Bildern kann man das Potential gut erkennen.
in unserer WG wird ab dem 01.12. ein optimal geschnittenes Zimmer (11 qm groß, im Grundriss Zimmer 2) in einem großen WG-Haus in zentraler Lage frei. Das Haus an sich verfügt über drei Etagen und wurde Ende 2019 in ein WG-Haus umgebaut und komplett renoviert.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit einer Wohnlandschaft und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche inkl. neuer Spülmaschine und großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Durch die Tür in der Küche gelangt man auf die Terrasse, die zum Grillen oder gemeinsamen WG-Abenden einlädt. Außerdem befindet sich dort noch der Fahrradschuppen und ein zusätzlicher "Hobby-/Partyraum".
Auf jeder der drei Etagen gibt es ein helles Duschbadezimmer (im EG befinden sich zwei getrennte Bäder), die vor der WG-Gründung frisch renoviert wurden. Die WG ist komplett eingerichtet - von den Möbeln in den Gemeinschaftsräumen bis hin zum schnellen Internet. Ein besonderes Highlight der oberen Etage ist die große Dachterrasse mit Ausblick über Hastedt.

in our flat share from 01.12. an optimally cut room (11 square meters, room 2 in the floor plan) in a large shared house in a central location. The house itself has three floors and was converted into a shared house at the end of 2019 and completely renovated.
On the ground floor there is a large common room with a living area and a new kitchen including a dishwasher and a large fridge and freezer. The door in the kitchen leads to the terrace, which is ideal for barbecuing or sharing evenings together. There is also a bicycle shed and an additional "hobby/party room".
There are bright bathrooms with showers on each of the three floors (there are two separate bathrooms on the ground floor), which were freshly renovated before the flat share was founded. The flat share is fully furnished - from the washing machine and the furniture in the common rooms to the fast internet. A special highlight of the upper floor is the large roof terrace with a view over Hastedt.
Das Haus befindet sich im Ortsteil Hastedt und bietet somit eine sehr gut angeschlossene Lage. Man findet hier so ziemlich alles, was man im alltäglichen Leben
braucht, in unmittelbarer Nähe: Lidl, Penny, Netto oder Hol’ Ab sind direkt um die Ecke. Das Hansa-Carré mit verschiedenen Geschäften ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Es gibt hier fußläufig verschiedene Restaurants, Eiscafés und ein Fast-Food-Restaurant. Außerhalb Essen ist also kein Problem! ;-)
Direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle, von der man in ca. 30 Minuten mittels Bus oder Bahn zur Uni kommt. Die Uni ist 6km entfernt, kann also auch sehr gut per Fahrrad erreicht werden. In gut 20 Minuten ist man am Bremer Hauptbahnhof und ca. 15 Minuten braucht die Bahn bis zum Sielwall. Das Weserstadion ist ebenfalls nicht weit. Es lässt sich also so ziemlich alles in kürzester Zeit erreichen, was das Herz begehrt.

needs, in the immediate vicinity: Lidl, Penny, Netto or Hol’ Ab are right around the corner. The Hansa-Carré with various shops is also not far away. There are various restaurants, ice cream parlors and a fast food restaurant within walking distance. So eating out is not a problem! ;-)
There is a bus and train stop right outside the front door, from which you can get to the university in about 30 minutes by bus or train. The university is 6 km away, so it can also be easily reached by bike. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Bremen Central Station and the train to Sielwall takes about 15 minutes. The Weser Stadium is also not far. So pretty much everything your heart desires can be reached in a very short time.
Die großzügige WG bewohnen Pascal (18), Justin (22), David (19), Anass (24) und Ezzo (20). Die WG-Mitglieder sind allesamt locker drauf und freuen sich schon, dich kennenzulernen.
