ich bin Dan, 22, biete hier ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete/Untermiete für 2,5 Monaten an (15.01 - 31.03.2023). Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß und ganz chillig mit breiter Aussicht von dem großem Fenster auf dem Himmel (Sonnenuntergang ist mein Liebsling :) bzw. dem ganzen Wohnheim. Der Balkon liegt direkt vor dem Fenster. Es ist ja voll schön dekoriert und möbliert :) (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Bücherregal). International Studierenden sind willkommen :D
Nicht-Raucher/in, Sauber- und Ordentlichkeit sind ja sehr erwünscht :)

I'm Dan, 22. I'm finding a sub-tenant for my room for 2 months and a half (15.01 - 31.03.2023). The room is 14m2 big with a wide chilling view to the sky, perfect for sunset view :) You can also have an overview of the student dorm's whole area since the balcony is right in front of the window. The room is nicely decorated and fully furnitured (bed, desk, wardrobe and bookshelf). International students are always welcome :D
It'd be a huge advantage for you if you're neat, tidy and non smoker :)
Die WG ist voll möbliert und gehört zum Studentenwohnheim Vorstr. und befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage: zu Fuß sind Uni Bremen und Hochschulsring Bushaltestelle in 5min, Berufsbildungswerk Haltestelle in 7min erreichbar, mit Tram 17-20min zum Hbf, Stadtzentrum und Hochschule Bremen. Zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kann man alles beim Horn-Lehe Einkaufszentrum finden (Rewe, dm, Lidl, Aldi, Sparkasse, Asia Markt etc.), wo man mit dem Rad 5min erreichen (mein Fahrrad du kannst ja gerne dafür benutzen). Es gibt manchmal Partys von anderen Blocks/WG aber ist nicht so laut.

The apartment belongs to the student dorm Vorstr., which has a big location advantage: by foot you reach uni bremen and bus stop Hochschulsring in 5min, 7min to the train station Berufsbildungswerk and 17-20min to the central train station of Bremen, city center and Hochschule Bremen. There is a shopping center called Horn-Lehe (Rewe, dm, Lidl, Aldi, Sparkasse, Asia Markt etc.) which is just 5min biking (you can use my bike). Sometimes there are parties in other blocks/apartments nearby but it's not too loud.
Wir sind eine internationale 4er-WG mit zwei deutsche Mädels, ein Indischer und eine Vietnamese (ich). Alle sind Studierenden und deswegen sehr nett und freundlich :D Wir kochen gerne manchmal zusammen oder haben ein Gamenight oder quatschen einfach in der Küche/Wohnzimmer. Man kann aber natürlich seine Ruhe haben da jede/r hat eigene Sache sich darum zu kümmern :) Wichtig ist dass man sich da wohl fühlt!
P/s: wenn du eher eine (harte) Party-Person bist, ist unsere WG dann nicht ideal da wir Partys sehr selten machen.

We are an international 4er apartment with 2 german girls, an indian guy and a vietnamese (me). We all are students and really friendly and chill :D We'd like to cook together sometimes, or have a game night, or just chit-chatting in the kitchen/living room. However you can of course have your privacy and your own space when you need. Important is that you feel happy here :)
P/s: if you're a party person then our WG might not be the right choice for you since we rarely throw parties at our apartment
