Die Möbel bieten Alles, was man zum Studieren und an Stauraum braucht, aber es bleibt auch genügend Platz um mal eine Sportmatte auszubreiten. Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof gelegen und man schaut auf Bäume und auf den eigenen Balkon, der über die geamte Hausbreite geht.
The furniture offers everything you need for studying and storage space, but there is also enough room to spread out a sports mat. The room faces the courtyard and has a view of the trees and its own balcony, which extends across the entire width of the house.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirlich super! Alles was du brauchst ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Haltestelle für Straßenbahn und Busse sind nur 2 Min. entfernt. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe und zur Hochschul Campus Neustadtswall sind es nur 5 Min. Fußweg. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in höchtens 10 Min. am Hauptbahnhof. Auch in die Innenstadt kann man easy zu Fuß laufen.
The location of the flat is really great! Everything you need is within walking distance. The tram and bus stops are only 2 minutes away. There are many shopping facilities nearby and the Neustadtswall university campus is only a 5-minute walk away. The tram takes you to the main railway station in no more than 10 minutes. It is also easy to walk into the city centre.
Deine Mitbewohnerin studiert an der Hochschule Tourismus Management und ist eine echte Bremerin! Also super, wenn du erstmal die Stadt kennen lernen möchtest und bestimmte Bremer Gebräuche verstehen möchtest. Außerdem ist sie immer für einen Plausch in der Küche bei Tee oder Kaffee zu haben. Dass es bei uns in der Küche so gemütlich ist und dass die Pflanzen in der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon noch leben, ist zu 100% ihr zu verdanken!
Your flatmate studies Tourism Management at the University of Applied Sciences and is a real Bremen girl! So it's great if you want to get to know the city first and understand certain Bremen customs. She's also always up for a chat in the kitchen over tea or coffee. The fact that it is so cozy in our kitchen and that the plants in the flat and on the balcony are still alive is 100% thanks to her!

Der Zeitraum ist nach hinten raus noch flexibel also frühstens Mitte Juli und spätestens Oktober. Da würde ich mich nach Dir richten.
