Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Das auf den Bildern zu erkennende Zimmer ist das von mir, deins wird die selbe Ausstattung (bis auf den grauen Stuhl) haben, also ein Bett mit Matratze und Rollschublade, zwei Schränke, zwei Stühle und einen großen und einen kleinen Tisch.
In der Küche gibt es noch einen weiteren Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Außerdem gehören zur Küche die Schränke, der Kühlschrank und ein Herd mit zwei Platten.

The room is furnished. The pictures of the room depict my room, the room that's up for rent is the one next to it. It will also include the bed, a mattress, a rolling drawer under the bed, two cupboards, two wooden chairs, one big and one small table.
There are two more chairs and a table in the kitchen, aswell as the cupboards, a fridge and a stove with two stoveplates.
Der Wohnpark an der Spittaler Straße liegt direkt bei der Bushaltestelle Universität-Ost (22) und Hochschulring (630+670), außerdem sind die 6 (Berufsbildungswerke) und 4 (Vorstraße) in circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Direkt benachbart ist das Wohnheim "Vorstraße", auf den Innenhöfen der beiden Wohnheime findet jährlich das Vorstraßenfest statt.
Aldi, Rewe und DM sind auch in circa 10-15 Minuten zu für zu erreichen.

The dorm at Spittaler Straße lies next to the bus stops Universität-Ost (22), Hochschulring (630 + 670) and lies within a ten minute walk to the tram stations Berufsbildungswerk (6) and Vorstraße (4).
The "Vorstraßenfest", a festival organized by dorm residents, takes place in the courtyard once a year.
You can reach Aldi, Rewe and DM within 10-15 minutes by foot.
Ich bin Timo und auch frisch in diese WG eingezogen, damit man sie wirklich so nennen kann fehlst nur noch du! Ich studiere Chemie und Geschichte auf Lehramt an der Uni Bremen und arbeite nebenbei als Vertretungslehrer, in meiner Freizeit fahre ich gerne Inliner und unternehme etwas mit meinen Freundeskreis. Das WG Leben soll ganz zwanglos sein, von mir aus ist eigentlich alles möglich :)

301 € sind die Warmmiete und umfasst alle gängigen Kosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet). Da das Zimmer zum Studierendenwerk Bremen gehört musst du auch an einer Bremer Hochschule oder Universität eingeschrieben sein, um hier einziehen zu können.
Es gibt einen Parkplatz und einen großen Bereich für Fahrräder.

301 € rent include all the cost of living (Energy, Water, Heating, Internet). Since the room is only rented out to students who study at any university (or Hochschule) in Bremen, you will also have to be a student.
