bei uns ist ab dem 15. Januar ein Zimmer in einer Vierer-WG frei. Es handelt sich um ein Studentenwohnheim in der Vorstr. 91, daher sind nur Studierende als Bewohner zugelassen. Wir würden uns besonders über Bewerber freuen, die bereits in einem etwas höheren Semester studieren.
Ein Paar Eckdaten zu der WG
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m2 groß. Ein Bett, sowie ein Regal und ein Tisch werden vom Wohnheim gestellt. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind separat.
Bis zur Uni dauert es zu Fuß 10 bis 20 Minuten. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es stehen sowohl Waschmaschinen, Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten als auch Autoparkplätze zur Verfügung.
Die Miete beträgt mit allem Drum und Dran ca. 222.- pro Monat. Fotos können auf Anfrage geschickt werden.

I have a room for rent located in the University of Bremen student-housing complex on Vorstrasse 91, 28359. The room is available starting January 15th.
Applicants must be enrolled at the University of Bremen. We would specifically be interested in Masters or PhD students.
Description: The room is approximately 14 m2. A bed, desk, and shelf are included with the room. The shared flat (with 3 other roommates) consists of a large kitchen (fully equipped), living room, small balcony, and separate bathroom and shower. The flat is a 10-20 min walk from the university campus and is located near the Berufsbildungswerk tram 6 stop and nearby the Vorstrasse tram 4 stop. A number of grocery shops are found within a 15 min walk. Washing machines are located within the building as well as a garage for bike storage. The room is ~222 euro per month warm. Photos can be sent upon request.
