Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster das zu den Abendstunden die Sonne den Raum mit Licht flutet. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett mit einer neuen Matratze. Zudem befindet sich ein Schreibtisch und ein Schrank im Zimmer. Zudem Verfügt die Wohnung über ein modernes Bad und Küche mit Herd, Ofen und Mikrowelle.
The bedroom has a huge window, from where you can see the sunsets. Also the room is equipped with a bed (inc. mattress), night table, a long study table with chair, closet and mirror.
Die Residenz befindet sich direkt neben dem Universtätsgelende und hat damit auch sehr gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt.
The Residence is direct in front of the University and the Tram Stop is just at 5 min walk, so getting to downtown is really easy and quick (Line 6). Bus Line 28, 22 also stops there.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist sehr nett und sie kommt aus Indien. Sie macht gerade ihre PhD, aber muss für drei/fünf Monaten eine Forschungsarbeit im Ausland machen. Deshalb, könnte es sein dass sie für ein paar Monate alleine in der WG sein werden.
I am going to Rotterdam for an internship, so I need to leave my apartment. My flatmate comes from India. She is rally nice and is currently doing her PhD studies. It can come to a point when you are going to be alone in the apartment for a long time as she needs to travel abroad to some kind of research project.
The cost of the bedroom is in total 405€ in total (already includes Water, Electricity, Wifi, Heater). The contract will be made with the Residency itself, I am just a communication partner :)

In the apartment you just share a big bathroom and a kitchen (kitchnette style), which is already equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, a small fridge and freezer; and you can also find all the cooking utensils.
There is also a reception who receives all packages and a Washsalon where you can find multiple wash machines and dryers. A basement for the whole apartment is also available on the first floor of the building.
