I am moving out from this nice WG due to some plans from 15 may or 1 june 2019. You must be an enrolled student at any University in State Bremen. rent is all inclusive 236 Euro. for washing you have to pay with Mensa card 1.50 euro.
its a 6 person shared flat. Anton and Patrick comes from Germany and are students at Uni Bremen, Uves comes from Albania and study at Uni Bremen as well Zaid and Ali comes from Pakistan and are students at Jacobs University Bremen.
we all have nice time in living room from time to time. we share an open kitchen with Balcony and living room. we also share bathroom and 2 toilets but it is never a problem as well all have different schedules.
you will have to pay 60 Euro compensation payment to me for the stuff in living room we bought all together ( Sofas. TV and kitchen shelfs ) then you share all these.
we have all things enough here.
