im größten Studentenwohnheim Bremens werde ich zum 1. Februar mein Zimmer freigeben. Es ist ein Zimmer in einer 6er WG, die ausschließlich aus Studenten besteht. Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von ca. 15m2 und es gibt einen sehr großen Wohn-, Essbereich samt Terrasse. Die Bilder sind vom Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin - ich habe leider keinen Teppich im Zimmer.
Gesprochen wird bei uns in der WG Deutsch und Englisch, da einige von den Bewohnern kein Deutsch können und andere kein Englisch können das auch situativ sehr schnell variieren. Das Zimmer ist vom Studentenwerk mit dem Nötigsten möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, kleiner Schrank). In den Gemeinschaftsräumen ist alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen, Essen, Grillen, Trinken, Feiern, Sitzen etc. brauchen könnte. Ich suche möglichst zeitnah nach einem Ersatz, da ich aus Bremen wegziehe, und ich bevorzugen würde, die Übergabe vorher durchzuführen. Zusätzlich zu den vom Vermieter gestellten Möbeln hätte ich ein Bett, einen Schrank und einen Nachttisch jeweils kostenlos abzugeben, falls ihr Interesse habt.
Um als Mieter in Betracht zu kommen musst du allerdings eingeschriebener Student an einer Bremen Hochschule sein.

Moin,
I’ll vacate my room in the biggest student dorm of Bremen at the end of January. It is in a shared flat with 6 people who are all student. The size of the room is ~15sqm, the common area for cooking and living is considerably bigger and includes a small terrace. The pictures are of my flatmates room - i unfortunately do not have a full carpet in my room.
We speak both German and English in our flat. Some of us do not speak any German, others do not speak any English so the language of communication might vary. The room will be furnished with all the essentials (bed, closet, desk, chair, some storage). The common areas will provide you with everything you can wish for to cook, eat, drink, bbq, celebrate, chill etc. I would appreciate if you are ready to move in in the near future, because i will move away from Bremen on february 1st. Additionally to the furniture provided by Studierendenwerk, i am willing to give away my bed, wardrobe and nightstand, which are all in great condition, for free.
In order to live here you have to be an enrolled student at a university in Bremen.

Studientechnisch alles dabei von Jura über digitale Medien, Bionik bis BWL und Lehramt
