Die Zimmer sind jeweils 13m² groß und befinden sich in einer 6-WG im Studentenwohnheim in der Vorstraße.
Das große Fenster zum Innenhof lässt am Nachmittag viel Sonne herein. Die Zimmer sind klassisch eingerichtet mit einem Bett (90cm Breit), Schreibtisch, Stuhl sowie einem Regal. Auf dem Flur befindet sich dann dein normaler Kleiderschrank mit einer Schublade für Schuhe. Ebenfalls gibt es einen TV-Anschluss sowie Internet (in Miete enthalten) im Zimmer
A spacious 13m² room in a 6-room shared apartment. The room is well lightened with one big windows overlooking a garden view. Equipped with a single bed (90cm x 200cm), desk, chair, quadrable shelf in addition to a big closet with drawers the room is very convinient. Further the room is equipped with dedicated internet & Cable TV connections
Extra Note: I can leave couple of extra things for you to move in easily. The chair, the coffe table, the open cabinet and the curtain on the photos can be taken if you need and want them.
* Die WG ist im Wohnpark Am Fleet in der Vorstraße und wird vom Studierendenwerk Bremen verwaltet.
* 5min mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni
* Supermärkte sind alle in näherer Umgebung oder sogar auf dem Uni-Campus (ALDI, REWE, ALECO, DM, Rossmann)
* Straßenbahn 6 und 4 in ~6min bzw. ~12min zu erreichen, sowie diverse Buslinien.
* The WG is located at Wohnpark Am Fleet in Vorstraße, managed by Studierendenwerk Bremen.
* Just a 5-min bicycle ride to the Uni.
* Multiple shopping locations like Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, DM & Rossmann are a 5-min bicycle ride from the WG.
* Tram line 6 (Berufsbildung-Technologiepark) is ~6 mins walk.
* Tram line 4 (Vorstraße) is ~12 mins walk.
* Multiple other Bus connections are close by as well.
Hey neue Mitbewohnerin,
wie schön, dass du auf unsere Anzeige stößt! Wir sind eine 6er-WG in dem angesagtesten Studentenwohnheim der Stadt und suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Im Folgenden stellt sich jeder Mitbewohner einmal vor, damit du uns kennenlernst und einen kurzen Einblick in unser Leben erhältst:
Nga, 29. Ich promoviere im Corporate Governance. Ich spiele gerne Schach, mache gerne Yoga und Meditation.
Derya, 24. Ich studiere im Master Neuroscience. Ich genieße das WG-Leben und sitze gerne in unserem Wohnzimmer und freue mich gemeinsam zu lernen. Meine Leidenschaft ist das Reisen.
Karam 28, mache mein Master im Maschinenbau an der Hochschule Bremen. Ich treibe gern Sport "Joggen, Schwimmen" und lerne Salsa.
Mayor ist auch ein neuer Mitbewohner!
Stefano kommt aus Italien. er liebt es zu kochen und er liebt es, neue Leute kennenzulernen.

Nga, 29. I’m doing PhD in corporate governance. I like to play chess, do yoga and mediation.
Derya, 24. I'm doing my master in neuroscience. I like to hang out in our living room and to study in groups. I am always excited about traveling.
Karam 28, I'm doing my master in mechanical engineering at the Hochschule Bremen. Like to sport "running, swimming" and learning Salsa.
Mayor is our new tenant from Nigeria who will move end of this month.
Stefano from Italy. He loves to cook and meet with new people.
* Wir teilen uns eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohnzimmer mit TV und Balkon, sowie ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC.
* Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind ebenfalls im Wohnheim verfügbar.
* Für die Gemeinschaftsbereiche in der WG gibt es einen Putzplan, damit alles immer sauber ist.
* An Werktagen nehmen wir gerne aufeinander Rücksicht
* Fahrräder Abstellmöglichkeiten (abschließbarer Unterstand) und Parkplätze für dein Auto sind reichlich vorhanden.
Das Zimmer kann schon zum 01.08.2020 bezogen werden.

Hinweis: Da das Zimmer vom Studierendenwerk verwaltet wird müsstest du an der Uni Bremen, oder an der Hochschule immatrikuliert (Vollzeit im Bachelor, Master, Ph.D.) sein um das Zimmer beziehen zu können.
* We share a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a shower, and 2 toilets.
* A laundry room with washing and drying machines is available.
* We all take responsibility for cleaning the common areas of the WG on weekly basis.
* We all respect the privacy of each other
* The Studentenwohnheim comes with plenty of space for parking bicycles and cars.
The room can be rented from 1st August. Just let me know.

Please note that the WG is managed by Studierendenwerk Bremen. Only full-time students (Bachelor's, Master's & Ph.D.) enrolled at a university in Bremen or Hochschule Bremen can rent the room
