Die WG ist Teil des Studierende Wohnheims Spittalerstraße. Das Zimmer ist 13 qm groß, danke eines großen Fensters schön hell und bereits möbeliert. Die Küche ist ebenfalls eingerichtet. Im Bad ist eine Dusche, aber keine Möglichkeit zu baden.
Es gibt einen Fahrradkäfig, einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und einen Aufenthaltsraum der gebucht werden kann.
The Flat is part of the Studentshostle Spittalerstraße. The room is 13qm big, bright du to a window front and comes already with furniture. The kitchen is furnished as well. The bathroom comes with a shower but not with a bathtub.
Also included are a secure area for bicycles, a laundry room with laundry machines and dryers as well as a "party room" which can bee booked.
Die WG liegt nahe der Universität (10 min zu Fuß). Die Bushaltestelle ist 4 min, die Bahnhaltestelle 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt verschiedenste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind.
The Flat is close to the University (10 min by Foot). The next busstop is in a 4 minutes walking distance, the next tram station 10 minutes. Several grocery stores are in walking distance.
Mein aktueller Mitbewohner wird vorraussichtlich in den nächsten Monaten ausziehen und es kann dann eine Person nach belieben gesucht werden. Ansonsten ist er sehr nett, umgänglich, sauber und ordentlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir wohnen seit 2 1/2 Jahren sehr zufrieden zusammen.
My roommate will leave the flat during the next month's too, so a person of your choosing can move in with you. For the next month's, he is a very nice guy, good to talk to, keeps his room and the flat clean and is always ready to help. I am very happy I could life together with him for over 2 1/2 years.
