Mitbewohner gesucht: Eigene Etage mit 2 Zimmern + WC, möbliert, 200 Mbit/s Internet, Garten, Grill, Parkplatz

Das Haus befindet sich in ein ruhigen und netten Nachbarschaft und nach hinten raus ist alles grün. Ein Garten ist vorhanden und kann ebenso wie der Grill und die Gartenmöbel mitbenutzt werden.

Ein eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden, sofern man dann ein Auto hat. Bis zur Uni Bremen sind es mit Auto max. 15 Minuten, bis zur Jacobs Uni ca. 10 Minuten.

Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln braucht man 45 Minuten bis Uni Bremen NW1.

Ein Fahrrad macht evtl. vieles leichter. Der Zeitaufwand um zur Uni Bremen zu kommen gleicht der Strecke Bremen Neustadt -> Uni Bremen. Bei mir ist es jedoch ruhiger und die Luft ist besser als in der City.

It is a quite neighborhood and the garden along with the grill/smoker can be used when the weather is appropriate. 

You will have your own parking spot, if you have a car. It is 15min by car to the University Bremen and 10min to the Jacobs University.

Public transportation will take you 45 minutes to get from my place to NW1 Uni Bremen.

A bicycle might make things lot easier. At the end, the distance or time to get to the Uni Bremen is the same as living in Bremen Neustadt, except my place might be more quite. Worst case would be a 60 minutes trip. But hey, no traffic noises and cleaner air I would say.

Eigentlich ist es nicht wirklich eine WG. Wer Mitbewohner wird, wird auch gleichzeitig Housesitter. Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in, der in das Haus passt. Daher solltet ihr definitiv soziale Fähigkeiten besitzen, es muss menschlich passen und ein Sinn für Sauberkeit und Ordnung wäre top ;)

Wer sich für Filme, Serien, Anime, Manga, Videogames und Virtual Reality begeistern kann, ist bei mir ohnehin richtig und wird auch definitiv bevorzugt. Nerds & Geeks haben absolut Vorrang!!!

Ich bin ein sehr umgänglicher Mensch und die Ruhe in Person. Unter der Woche bin ich in Düsseldorf, weil ich dort arbeite und ich bin mindestens alle zwei Wochen zu hause. Du solltest also allein klar kommen :)

First things first. I won't be home within the week. I recently started work in Düsseldorf. So when it comes to social interaction, you may wanna skip this place since I'll only be home on the weekends.

If you are into movies, TV shows, as well as anime, manga, video games and virtual reality (Vive), you will be preferred.

I am an easy to handle guy and super chilled. Like I mentioned before, within the week, I won't be at home so make sure to not die of boredom :D.

This place is a quite and relaxing place to live.

Eines Vorweg: Keine Rassisten oder homophobe Vollidioten!!! Du solltest weltoffen und ehrlich sein.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet alles was man brauch. Eine Senseo-Maschine ist auch vorhanden, zu den üblichen Sachen (Toaster, Kühlschrank/-truhe). Ach ja, eine Spülmaschine ist auch da.

Das Wohnzimmer kann gern mitbenutzt werden, da ich es kaum nutze. Hauptsache alles wird so hinterlassen, wie es vorgefunden wird. Gleiches gilt für den Garten mitsamt Grill.

There is a kitchen of course along with a microwave, coffee/cappuccino machine and a toaster. The usual stuff is also there (oven, stove, fridge). I also have a dishwasher. 

The living room can be used as well and since I'm a clean person and I would like to keep the house clean. Not steril, god no.... but I don't wanna live in a junk yard either :)
