Big, nice room with high ceiling in Altbau style. Windows towards the east. Approx 27 sqm.
The appartment is quite big 90 sqm. To it belongs a beautiful rooftop terrace. There is definately space to make this even nicer than it is now and grow some veggis or plants there. There is a lot of sun there during the whole day. To the appartment also belong two other balconies which are attached to my 2 rooms. You are nevertheless welcome to use them if you like. I would like to have a homy and cosy atmosphere here. We can also try to paint some walls and make all of this even nicer.
The kitchen is also quite spatious. The bathroom is a bit old but also even has a bathtub. Everything was not renovated since a while though, but its kind of ok :)
Note that there is currently a tap water issue and it could be that it will take the whole year until we can drink out of the tap. (So i need to currently buy the water to drink). The are trying to fix this, but it could take some time.
Super nice location in Flüssevirtel. Very calm beautiful street. Close to anything one needs.

Im Laura and I'm looking for a flatmate to live with me in this big 90 sqm apartment. I'm looking for somebody who is open-minded, social and interested in sharing a good time together and doing now and then sth. together. At the same time, it's of course important to respect a bit of privacy and to leave some space for that too.

About me, im 30, working as a scientist in marine biology. Im easy-going and have been living in quite some shared flats until now. During the past years i lived in Denmark and now moved to Bremen a while ago. I am into climbing, yoga, different outdoor activities like hiking or some bikepacking. Also like to be creative sometimes. I'm also vegetarian (not 100% strict though) and would love to find someone who shares some interest in trying to live a bit more sustainable (i.e. not eating lots of meat). I also enjoy cooking and baking and of course hanging out with friends.
