Freies Zimmer zum 1.9. für queere WG-Neugründung in der Neustadt

Wir sind 2 Minuten von der Haltestelle Meyerstr. (Bus 26/27) entfernt, 5 Minuten von der Haltestelle Gastefeldstraße, wo die 6, 26, 27, 120, 121 und 750 fahren, und 8 Minuten von der Haltestelle Rotes Kreuz Krankenhaus (Linie 4). Zur Domsheide ist es ein 20-minütiger Spaziergang, falls die BSAG doch mal wieder ausfällt.

Zum Einkaufen gibt es direkt zwei mal Penny und einmal Edeka, aber REWE, Rossmann und Bio Märkte sind in einem 10 Minuten fußläufigen Radius auch mit drin, ebenso wie ein Wochenmarkt.

The closest stop is 2 minutes by foot, and it's 20 minutes to reach the city centre/Domsheide by foot in case public transport is unrealiable (as it is sometimes). We have a couple of supermarkets and discounters nearby, namely Penny and Edeka, but some others such as Rossmann and REWE are within 10 min walking distance.

Nach einem guten halben Jahr am suchen, haben wir endlich eine halbwegs bezahlbare 5-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Neustadt gefunden, um unsere WG zu gründen (man soll es kaum glauben!). Zu dritt suchen wir nun eine vierte Person, die zum 1. September mit uns einziehen und zusammenleben möchte.

Wir sind 22, 27 und 29, alle nicht-binär (/trans) und weiß (paar mehr infos am Ende). Nach unterschiedliche WG-Konstellationen wächst bei uns die Lust nach etwas, was ein längerfristigeres Zuhause sein kann, mit Menschen, die wir gern haben, unsere Werte auch ungefähr teilen (also grob queerfeministisch, antikapitalistisch, antikolonialistisch), Lust haben, etwas regelmäßig Zeit zusammen zu verbringen, und das Leben als WG möglichst als mehr als eine Zwischenlösung sehen.

Wir werden alle auch erst zusammen wohnen, es gibt also viel Platz für dich, unsere neue WG zusammen mit uns zu gestalten.

Uns ist Folgendes wichtig:

- queer- und trans*freundlichkeit, sehr gerne TIAN* menschen oder andere queere Menschen, die eine Sensibilität für trans* Themen mitbringen
- allgemeiner reflektiert sein was die bekannten -ismen und -phobien angeht, und das Streben, unsere WG möglichst diskriminierungsarm zu machen
- aufeinander achten, Kommunikationsbereitschaft, Mitverantwortungsgefühl für WG Sachen
- eher auf der ruhigen und sauberen Seite des WG-Spektrums, und gerade Ordnung in Gemeinschaftsräumen ist wegen neurodivergenz sehr wichtig
- zwei von uns sind leider gegen Katzen allergisch :( sonst sind Tiere für uns willkommen :) müssten nur die Hausverwaltung fragen (wir beziehen die WG komplett neu, deshalb wissen wir das noch nicht!)

Vielleicht gut zu wissen:

- Wir sind kein veganer Haushalt; du müsstest ok damit sein, dass Tierprodukte verzehrt werden
- Nichtraucherhaushalt (kein Rauchen in der Wohnung pls)
- Einkäufe & Kochen in erster Linie getrennt, aber gerne mit teilen und gemeinsam wenn es mal passt - wir sind offen was sich da noch etabliert, wie unsere gewohnheiten/ verträglichkeiten da so zusammenpassen! :)

Sol, 27:
Absolviert gerade ein Kunststudium und arbeitet teils selbständig im Webdesign/Design. Hat zu viele Interessen und Pflanzen, macht viel Musik, boxt, bastelt und lese gern comics.
Ich bringe mit: ein offenes Ohr für andere, hochwertige Raumoptimierungsskills, sehr annehmbare Fähigkeit für DIY-Haarmaschine-Schnitt, und die coolste
Frosch-Gießkanne :))

Lys, 29:
Umweltbereich, fülle meine freie Zeit aber mit meinen Leidenschaften (Schreiben, Theater, bisschen musizieren). Lass uns gerne über Geschichte und Politik sprechen, über Astronomie, Botanik oder Sprachen (gerade lerne ich polnisch und es ist eine Herausforderung, let me tell you) or play some Pen&Paper!

Ich bringe mit: Viel Werkzeug und ein paar handwerkliche Fähigkeiten, queer fiction und non-fiction, eine alles-umfassende-Neugierde und große Lernfreude, einige Möbel, Wohlwollen für die Menschen um mich herum und meine alte Xbox360 (aber ohne Fernseher).

Carlotta, 22:
Ich arbeite mega gern mit Kindern zusammen, mag Musik(machen), Spaghettieis, Draußensein, bin gerade in einer Sudokuphase und freu mich aufs neue Zusammenleben

Heyo :)

After a good half year searching, we finally found a vaguely affordable 5-room apartment in the Neustadt to set up our flatshare (in this economy, can you believe it?). The three of us are now looking for a fourth person who would like to move in and live with us from 1st September on.

We are 22, 27 and 29, all nonbinary (/trans) and white (more infos about us below). After some years in different flatshare constellations we have a growing desire for something that can be a longer-term home, with good company and people roughly sharing our values (keywords: queerfeminist, anticapitalist, anticolonialist). We are looking for people who want to spend time together on a regular basis, and ideally see life in a flatshare as more than an interim solution.

We're all gonna live together for the first time, so there will be plenty of room for you to shape the new flatshare together with us!

The following is important to us:

queer and trans* friendliness, preferably TIAN* people or other queer people who bring sensitivity to trans* issues
being generally reflected about the known -isms and -phobias, with the will to make our WG as discrimination-free as possible
being mindful/considerate with each other, willingness to communicate, sense of responsibility for flatshare tasks and so on.
rather on the quiet and clean side of the living spectrum, and especially tidiness in common rooms is very important to us because of neurodivergence
two of us are unfortunately allergic to cats :( otherwise animals are welcome :)

Maybe good to know:

we are not a vegan household; you would have to be ok with animal products being consumed
non-smoking household (no smoking in the apartment pls)
shopping & cooking in the first place separately, but happy to share and together when it fits - we are open to find out what works for us :)

Sol, 27:
Just finished an art degree and works partly self-employed in web design/design. Has too many interests and plants, makes a lot of music, boxes, crafts and likes to read comics.

I bring: an open ear for others, high quality space optimization skills, very decent DIY machine haircuts ability, and the coolest Frog watering can :))

Lys, 29:
Environmental background, fills their free time with their passions (writing, theatre, playing some music, gaming). Likes to talk about history and politics, astronomy, botany or languages (right now they’re learning Polish and it's so hard) or play Pen & Paper!

I bring: Lots of tools and some woodworking/crafting skills, queer fiction and non-fiction, an all-encompassing curiosity and great love of learning, some furniture, love for the people around me, and my old Xbox360 (but without a TV).

Carlotta, 22:
I love working with kids,(making) music, spaghetti ice cream, being outside, I'm in a Sudoku phase right now and I'm looking forward to a new life together.

Ps. We don't know yet what the former tenants will leave for us, but we will have to give a partial payment for the kitchen and other stuff we might get to keep. Whatever is missing is something we all pitch in for together to buy, but we also bring a lot of stuff.

Unrelated but perhaps important: there is a shed for the bicycles.
