The apartment is located on Pappestrasse, the best place in Neustadt. You can easily reach everything around the apartment such as Rewe (open until 23:00), rossman, penny, wine shops, restaurants, Sparkasse. The isolation is quite good and there is no noise coming from the street.
You will share the flat with 2 people. Selma is doing a PhD at the university and Valentina is an undergraduate. They're both nice, open-minded and communicative people.
Warm rent is currently 421 €. I would like to rent my room with most furniture (1.60 m wide double bed, large wardrobe, extendable table, sofa). So if you want to rent the room, you have to accept these items for some money. We can talk about that too. The deposit is 375 €.
Since the room is quite large, you can arrange both the living area and the sleeping area separately.
There is a washing machine and dishwasher in our apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped and large. Next to the room is a living area where you can spend some time with others or your guests.
On hot summer days, the room temperature is quite nice compared to the outside. In winter the room was warm thanks to the 2 heaters in the room.
I am planning to move out in mid September. Maybe a few days earlier than 15th. So you can move in around September 15th.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Pappestraße, der besten Lage in der Neustadt. Sie erreichen bequem alles rund um die Wohnung wie Rewe (geöffnet bis 23:00 Uhr), Rossmann, Penny, Weinhandlungen, Restaurants, Sparkasse. Die Isolation ist recht gut und es kommt kein Straßenlärm.
Sie teilen sich die Wohnung mit 2 Personen. Selma promoviert an der Universität und Valentina ist Studentin. Sie sind beide nette, aufgeschlossene und kommunikative Menschen.
Die Warmmiete beträgt derzeit 421 €. Ich möchte mein Zimmer mit den meisten Möbeln (1,60 m breites Doppelbett, großer Kleiderschrank, ausziehbarer Tisch, Sofa) mieten. Wenn Sie also das Zimmer mieten möchten, müssen Sie diese Gegenstände für etwas Geld akzeptieren. Auch darüber können wir reden. Die Kaution beträgt 375 €.
Da das Zimmer recht groß ist, können Sie sowohl den Wohnbereich als auch den Schlafbereich getrennt einrichten.
In unserer Wohnung gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und groß. Neben dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Wohnbereich, in dem Sie Zeit mit anderen oder Ihren Gästen verbringen können.
An heißen Sommertagen ist die Raumtemperatur im Vergleich zur Außentemperatur recht angenehm. Im Winter war das Zimmer warm, dank der 2 Heizkörper im Zimmer.
Ich habe vor, Mitte September auszuziehen. Vielleicht ein paar Tage vor dem 15. Sie können also etwa ab dem 15. September einziehen.
