Ich verlasse Bremen für einen Zeitraum von zwei Monaten wegen der Sommerferien , und ich bin auf der Suche nach jemanden, der in meinem Zimmer für August und September bleiben (beide Monate wäre perfekt , aber nur einer ist auch in Ordnung).
Der Preis für das Zimmer beträgt 335€ inkl. Nebenkosten.
Das Zimmer ist 11 qm, ist sehr hell, ruhig und komfortabel. Es hat ein große Fenster, ein Bett, einen Kleiderschrank, ein großer Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl und ein Sofa (das in ein Bett umgewandelt werden kann).

I am leaving Bremen for a period of two months because of summer holidays, and I am looking for someone to stay in my room for the months of August and September (both months would be perfect, but just one is also fine).
The price of the room is 335€ including extra costs (heating, water, internet...).
The room has 11 square meters, is very bright, quiet and comfortable. It has one big window, a single bed, a wardrobe, one big desk, a chair and a sofa that can be converted into a bed.
Die Residenz liegt in Neuenlander 64, in Neustadt. Es ist 1 Minute zu Fuß zur Haltestelle Schleiermacherstrasse (Tram Nummer 6) und 5 Gehminuten von Gastfeldstrassse wo gibt es vier Supermärkte (Spar, Penny, Netto und Rewe), Bäckereien, Apotheken, Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte. In Gastfeldstrasse viele Busse können auch nehmen werden.
Hochschule Bremen (3 Haltestellen), das Stadtzentrum (4 Haltestellen), der Hauptbahnhof (10 Minuten) und der Universität Bremen (30min) sind leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht werden.
The residence is located in Neuenlanderstrasse 64, in Neustadt. It is 1min walk to Schleiermacherstraße stop (tram number 6) and 5min walk to Gastfeldstrassse where there are four supermarkets (Spar, Penny, Netto and Rewe), bakeries, drugstores, bars, restaurants and some shops and from where many buses can be taken.
Hochschule Bremen (3 tram stops), the city center (4 tram stops), the central station (10min) and the Universität Bremen (30min) can be easily reached by public transport.
WG –LIFE
Die WG , wo ich lebe, ist eine Residenz für junge Menschen.
Es gibt drei Etagen und neun Menschen wohnen in jeder Etage, so ist es immer leicht, jemanden zum Reden zu finden. Im Moment gibt es Menschen aus verschiedenen Nationalitäten, die hier leben. Zum Beispiel gibt es Spanische, Französische, Türkische, Irenische und Asiatische Leute, so ist es hier auch möglich, verschiedene Sprachen sprechen und vielleicht lernen Sie eine neue.
Ich lebe im Erdgeschoss und teilen das Badezimmer mit drei Personen und der Küche mit acht Personen.
WG-LIFE
The WG where I live is sort of a residence for young people.
There are three floors and there are 9 people leaving in each floor, so it is always easy to find someone to talk with. At the moment there are people from different nationalities living here, including Spanish, French, Turkish, Irish and Asian people, so here it is also possible to speak different languages and maybe learn a new one.
I live in the ground floor and share the bathroom with three people and the kitchen with eight people.
Das Badezimmer ist mit WC, Dusche, Waschbecken, Spiegel, Heizung ausgestattet und ein kleines Fenster
Die Küche ist auch voll für die 9 Menschen, die es benutzen kann, ausgestattet. Es hat zwei große Kühl-und Gefriergeräte, acht Öfen, ein Backofen, eine Spülmaschine, ein Regal für jede Person, und ein großer Tisch mit Stühlen verwendet .
Es gibt einige Waschmaschinen und Wäschetrockner auf dem Keller und es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder da parken.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a WC, shower, sink, mirror. heating and a small window.
The kitchen is also fully equipped for the 9 people that can use it. It has two big fridges and freezers, eight stoves, one oven, a dishwasher, one shelve for each person that uses the kitchen and one big table with chairs.
There are some washing machines and tumble dryers on the basement and there is also the possibility to storage bicycles there.
