The room is spacious and it includes a big desk, a single bed (with mattress and pillow), shelves, a coach, a wardrobe (with hangers), a mirror and one piece of furniture with two drawers. It is a bright room, and even though you live with other people you can enjoy your privacy.
Neuenlanderstraße 64 is a calm street in Neustadt, 2 minutes walking from the tram station Schleiermacherstraße (tram 6 direct to Domsheide, city center). There is one washing center 5 minutes far (although there are washing machines in the house basement), and in this colourful and safe neighbourhood there is everything you would need: supermarkets such as Penny, Rewe, Netto, Spar or even Kiosk and Rossman; pharmacies, optician's shops, banks, restaurants (Spanish, Greek, German...) , bakery (the best one in Bremen), book shops.
The Hochschule Bremen is 3 tram stops far, and Domsheide 4, so you can also easily go walking and it will take 15 minutes.
This is for sure the cheapest and closest option to the city center.
The room is located in the first floor of a three-storey building. There are 9 people living in each floor, sharing a big and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, washdisher, 2 fridges...) and 3 toilets. Everybody is really friendly, open-minded, respectful, clean and funny.
