Dein Zimmer wäre zum Innenhof gelegen, ist 14qm groß und kostet all in 350€.
Küche, Flur und Bad würden wir uns teilen. (siehe Fotos!!!)
Zunächst wäre das Zimmer ab dem 01.04.2019 zur Untervermietung frei. Es ist Ideal für eine Person die erstmal in Ruhe in Bremen ankommen möchte, um sich zu orientieren.
Ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin für meine ca. 50qm große Wohnung in der Neustadt (Flüsseviertel). Zentrale Lage. Pappelstrasse und Friedrich-Ebert direkt nebenan. Haltestellen zu Fuß in 3 min erreichbar.
Innenstadt in 15 min erreichbar. Hochschule in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles super zu erreichen, zum Beispiel Werdersee, Café Sand.
Ich bin weiblich, ruhig, dennoch gesellig, unkompliziert, sauber und Ordentlich, esse gerne Fleisch, koche ganz gerne, bin Nichtraucherin, treibe sehr viel Sport (vor allem Beachvolleyball).
Falls du ähnlich drauf bist und das Gefühl hast, es könnte passen, dann schreib mir einfach.
