I’m offering a room in a WG with a private balcony. During summer you can grab the sun until 2 pm there, perfect for the breakfast.
You will find attached some picture of the room. I will leave my furniture’s as well for a 150€.
The rent is 420€ a month.

The flat is located in Neustadt in a quiet area but not far from the city center where you could very easily go by bike to share a well-deserved beer.
There is a well equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a new coffee machine integrated to the wall and space to cook.
In the bathroom you could relax taking a bath.
The WG is composed of Tobi and Philipp both studying to become Airline pilot, they may leave the flat for few months for a practice in USA, and Saed who is studying biology.
