In meiner Zweier-WG wird zum 1.08.2021 ein Zimmer frei. Die Altbauwohnung liegt in der Kornstraße, von wo aus man in 3 Minuten an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Huckelriede ist. Von dort dauert es etwa 15 Minuten zum Bremer Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Combi, Apotheke, Kiosk...) sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung weniger als einen Kilometer vom Werdersee entfernt, wo man super spatzieren gehen kann. Das Zimmer ist etwa 16 qm groß und gemütlich. Kurz zu mir: Mein Name ist Alamin, ich bin 28. Ich freue mich über eine/n Mitbewohner/in mit Interesse eine nette und gemütliche Wohnathmosphäre entstehen zu lassen.
Warmmiete 425€(einschließlich WiFi )+ Erdgas +Strom.

One room in my two-person flat will be available on 1.08. 2021. The apartment in the old building is on Kornstraße, from where you can get to the Huckelriede tram stop in 3 minutes. From there it takes about 15 minutes to Bremen Central Station. Shops (Lidl, Combi, pharmacy, kiosk ...) are also within walking distance.
