Ich biete mein möbliertes 14 qm Zimmer für 6 Woche an. Sehr gute Gelegenheit, wenn man etwas Temporäres sucht, während man seine Traumwohnung findet. Es kann auch länger sein, wir können es in den letzten Tagen von Februar sehen.
Die Wohnung ist unglaublich schön und es gibt genug Platz für alles. Sport auf dem Balkon, Waschmaschine, Toilette, eine schöne Küche und zwei Kühlschränke. Die Lage ist auch super, mit Supermärkten 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Der Werdersee nur 7 Minuten entfernt und die Hochschule bremen nur 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Kneipes, Parks und Restaurants gibst auch viele in der Gegend
WICHTIG. Das Zimmer ist mit der Toilette verbunden. Deshalb muss man vor dem Ausgehen sehen, ob die Toilette besetzt ist oder nicht. Es ist auch keine große Sache, da es zwei Toiletten im Haus gibt. Aber es ist wichtig zu wissen, das ist der Grund für den günstigen Preis!

I am offering my furnished 14 qm room for 6 weeks. Very good opportunity if you are looking for something temporary while you find your dream place. It can also be longer, we can see it by the last days of february.
The flat is incredible and there is enough space for everything. Sport in the balcony, washmashine, toilets, a nice kitchen and two fridges. The location is also incredible, with supermarkets 5 minutes away by foot, the see 7 minutes away and the hochschule bremen just 5 minutes away by bike.
IMPORTANT: The room is connected to the toilette. You need therefore to see before going out if the toilette is busy or not. It is also not a big deal as there are two toilettes in the house. But it is important to know, thats why the cheap price!
