Hallo!
Ich (Rieke) werde für ein halbes Jahr im Auslandssemester sein und vermiete daher vom 02.09.2022 bis 28.02.2023 mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m2 groß und wird möbliert sein. Es hat ein Fenster zur Nebenstraße in Südwest-Richtung und ist daher recht hell. Die Miete beträgt 365€ (inkl. Internet, Wasser, Strom).
Du wirst mit Stina zusammen wohnen sowie mit einer weiteren Person, die wahrscheinlich im August/September einziehen wird. Wir haben unser gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben immer sehr genossen und diese Art des Wohnens soll auch so fort bestehen. Besonders die Küche lädt ein, dort gemeinsam zu kochen, einen Kaffee/Tee zu trinken oder es sich auf dem großen Sofa gemütlich zu machen.
Stina wohnt seit einem Jahr hier. Sie ist ausgebildete Physiotherapeutin und erweitert momentan ihre Kenntnisse in einem Aufbau-Studium. Sie ist ein warmherziger, fröhlicher und zielstrebiger Mensch - man kann sie also nur lieb haben.
Die Wohnung hat von Stinas Zimmer aus einen kleinen Balkon. Außerdem gibt es einen Garten und ein Kellerabteil mit Stauraum. Im Keller steht auch unsere Waschmaschine.
Schreibe uns gerne und komm vorbei. Dann kannst du dir das Zimmer ansehen und bekommst weitere Einblicke in die WG. Ein Online-Treffen ist aber auch machbar.

Hello,
I (Rieke) will spent a semester abroad, therefore I am renting out my room from 02.09.2022 to 28.02.2023. The room is part of a shared flat and is about 15m2. It will remain furnished and has a window facing the side street. The room is quite bright because the window points south-west. The rent is 365€ (incl. internet, water, electricity).
You will share the flat with Stina and another person who will move in during August/September. We have always enjoyed living and spending time together, which should be carried on by its new residents.
Especially the kitchen invites you to cook together, have a coffee/tea or to get comfortable on the big sofa.
Stina has been living here for a year. She is a physiotherapist and is currently expanding her knowledge in a postgraduate course. She is a warm-hearted, cheerful and confident person - so you can only love her.
The flat has a small balcony from Stina's room that opens onto the backyard. There is also a garden and a cellar compartment with storage space. Our washing machine is also in the basement.

Die WG ist in der Nähe der Haltestelle Gastfeldstraße (zu Fuß ca. 5 Min), dort fahren einige Bus- u. Bahnlinien, die in verschiedenste Teile der Stadt fahren. Die Neustadt ist ein lebendiger Stadtteil mit unterschiedlichen Ecken. Mit dem Werdersee, verschiedenen Parks, einem Wochenmarkt, Supermärkten, Cafés und vielem mehr ist der Stadtteil fantastisch ausgestattet - alles weitere ist auch in kurzer Zeit mit dem Rad oder der Bahn erreichbar.

The flat is close to the station Gastfeldstraße (approx. 4 min walk), where several bus and train lines go to different parts of the city. Neustadt is a lively district with several places to discover, such as the Werdersee, various parks, a weekly market, supermarkets, cafés and much more. Everything else can be reached in a short time by bike or train.
