Das Zimmer ist ca 16 qm groß und nach vorne zu einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Beim Aufwachen hört man die Vögel und es ist eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre.

The room is about 16 sqm and faces a quiet side street. When you wake up you can hear the birds and it is a very quiet atmosphere..
Mitten im Flüsseviertel, direkt am Neustadtpark und nicht weit vom Werdersee entfernt, hat die Wohnung ein Spitzenlage. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen gibt es fußläufig und auch die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist hervorragend.

In the middle of the "Flüsselviertel" , directly at the Neustadtpark and not far from the Werdersee, the apartment has a top location. Possibilities for shopping are within walking distance and also the connection to the public transport is excellent.
Wir lösen unsere WG zum Ende September auf und ich habe schon eine neue Wohnung gefunden. Darum würde ich das Zimmer gerne untervermieten.
Der Mitbewohner für diesen einen Monat wäre Felix. Er ist ein netter Kerl, spiel in seiner Freizeit gerne Gitarre und baut beruflich Spielplätze. Ihr würde euch natürlich im Vorfeld kennenlernen.

We dissolve our shared apartment at the end of September and I have already found a new apartment. Therefore, I would like to sublet the room.
The roommate for this one month would be Felix. He is a nice guy, likes to play guitar in his spare time and builds playgrounds professionally. You would of course get to know each other in advance.
Wenn du Interesse an dem Zimmer hast: da ja nun schon der 01.09 ist, bin ich mit dem Preis runtergegangen. Ein realistischer Einzugstermin wäre wohl Montag der 05.09.
Bitte melde dich nur wenn das für dich denkbar ist.
Das Zimmer ist jetzt bereits frei und aktuell leer. Falls es gewünscht wird, bekommen wir es bestimmt hin, dass eine Matratze in dem Zimmer liegt und ein kleiner Tisch mit Stuhl da ist.
