Moin, für den Zeitraum 14. bis 26. September suche ich einen/-e Zwischenmieter/-in für mein großzügiges Zimmer in der Neustadt, da ich in Urlaub fahre. Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß und wird möbliert vermietet. Dazu zahlen 1 2x2m Bett, 1 Sofa, 1 Fernseher, 2 Tische, 1 Kommode und 1 Kallax Regal. In der Küche gibt's alles was man braucht (Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle etc.) sowie eine Waschmachine. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines 2-stöckigen Hauses.

Hi, I'm looking for a temporary tenant for my spacious room in Neustadt for the period from September 12th to 26th, as I'm going on vacation. The room is 20 square meters and is rented furnished. These include 1 2x2m bed, 1 sofa, 1 TV, 2 tables, 1 chest of drawers and 1 Kallax shelf. The kitchen has everything you need (stove, oven, fridge, microwave etc.) and a washing machine. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a 2-storey house.
Die Wohnung befinde sich in der Neustadt, also sehr Zentral. 1 min entfernt von der Haltestelle Pappelstr, da hat man Verbindungen zu verschiedenen Straßenbahnen und Busen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's Penny (3min zum Fuß) und Rewe (5min). Die Hochschule Bremen ist 10min zum Fuß entfernt, zur Innenstadt braucht man ca. 10min mit dem Bahn und ca. 40min bis zur Uni.

The apartment is in Neustadt, so very central. 1 minute away from the Pappelstr stop, there you have connections to various trams and buses. There are shopping possibilities in Penny (3 minutes by foot) and Rewe (5 minutes). The Hochschule Bremen is 10-minute walk away, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center with the tram and about 40 minutes to get to the university.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit Elena während der Zeit teilen. Elena ist 24 Jahre alt, kommt aus Peru und, schreibt gerade ihre Bachelorarbeit. Da sie vor kurzem den Vollzeitjob an einer Logistik Firma kriegt, hättest du die Wohnung die meiste Zeit für dich allein.

You will share the apartment with Elena during the time. Elena is 24 years old, comes from Peru and is currently writing her bachelor thesis. Since she recently got the full-time job at a logistics company, you would have the apartment to yourself most of the time.
n den Gesamtkosten ist alles enthalten, auch Kosten für den GEZ-Gebühren, eine highspeed Internet über WLAN und Kabel. Gas- bzw. Strompreis sind alle Erhöhungen einschließlich.
Das Zimmer wird erstmal nur zwischen 14 und 26 September vermietet, es gibt aber die Möglichkeit ab Oktober die komplette Wohnung zu übernehmen, da meine Mitbewohnerin und ich dann ausziehen würden.

Everything is included in the total cost, including costs for the GEZ fees, high-speed Internet via WLAN and cable. Increased gas and electricity prices are also included.
The room is only rented out between September 14th and 26th, but there is the possibility to take over the entire apartment from October, because my roommate and I would be moving out then.
