*Room can be rented for may and june only* 8 qm cozy little room on the first floor. Nice view on the quiet street. As I am just gone for 2 month i would keep all my furniture in the room, but emtpy the closet etc. so you can put your stuff there.
Right in Viertel (walking distance to the main road is 5 minutes) but located in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of familys etc. Walking distance to grocery store is 5 minutes and to the park 10 minutes. Public bus i 1 minute away and public train about 5 minutes.
We are a WG that does many activities, like cooking, sports or party together, and we would like to welcome you to our community. Of course it is also okay to stay in your room all the time, if you like to be alone. We are an international WG, mostly speak english and we have no tolerance for sexist racist or asshole behaviour. As 10 people live here together it is not the most quiet house, but we all pay a lot of attention to respect each others needs.
