Es ist voll möbliert: ein 1.60er Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank stehen dir zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. An das Zimmer schließt ein 7qm Balkon an. Das Zimmer ist den ganzen Tag über lichtdurchflutet, am Nachmittag und Abend mit ganz viel Sonnenschein. Trotzdem bleibt es immer angenehm kühl. Der Balkon ist schön bepflanzt und mit einem Esstisch ausgestattet. Hier kann man ganz wunderbar (Abend)essen, Lernen, Sonnenbaden...
I m subrenting my lovely, bright room in a two-person-shared apartment for the time of my semester break. the room has its own balcony and is fully furnished, always bright and sunny and quite.
Die Wohnung liegt im Viertel, nur zwei Minuten von der Kreuzung Ostertorsteinweg. Hier gibt es wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt: etliche nette Cafes, Bars und Restaurants in Fußweite, Penny und Rewe direkt ums Eck, Kino, Theater und Veranstaltungshäuser im 10 Minuten Radius zu Fuß. Zur Weser sind es 5 Minuten, die Fähre zum Werdersee legt auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt ab. Trotzdem ist die Straße ganz ruhig und man blickt ins Grüne.
The apartment is situated close to the tram stop Wulwesstrasse – right in the middle of the Viertel. Everything you need is just a few walking minutes away: supermarkets, tram stops, pubs and nice cafes, a cinema... and still its a quiet and green street.
Ich teile die Wohnung mit der weltbesten Mitbewohnerin. Es ist allerdings noch nicht ganz klar, ob sie die ganzen Ferien da sein wird. Es ist also noch offen, ob du alleine/mit ihr/ oder mit jemand anderen in der WG wohnen wirst. Das können wir dann aber alles in Ruhe besprechen und eine gute Lösung finden.
I m sharing my flat with the best roommate. We are fairly tidy but relaxed. But its still uncertain how much of the time she will be around and if she might subrent her room too for a part of the holiday. But we can talk about all that, if you are interested in the room.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, meldet euch am besten per Mail und ich melde mich dann (telefonisch) zurück. Da ich meine ganzen (Zimmer-) pflanzen da lasse, würde ich mich über jemanden freuen, der ab und an mal gießen kann.
