Hi! As I'm moving out soon, we're looking for a new tenant for my quiet and cozy room.
The room is in a very quiet location as the windows face a large inner courtyard. The room is well proportioned, the walls are white with no slopes and the floor is laminate. It has more than enough space for different furniture.
The apartment is very well connected by lines 1, 22 and 24 (Kurfürstenallee) and line 4 (Kirchbachstraße), all of which can be reached on foot in 2-7 minutes. You can get to the university in 12 minutes and to the main train station in about 15 minutes, likewise by bike. There are also very good parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
There's a Rewe around the corner and a couple of bakeries. Also you can find a Lidl in 8 minutes by bike.
You will live with Janine!
She works as a teacher at a high school nearby, teaching art, Spanish and drama. She often goes dancing Zouk or hangs out with friends. On vacation she likes to go on road trips and go hiking. She also likes to go bouldering, rollerblading or be artistically active. She enjoys meeting new people and doing things together.
So far, we have managed WG tasks very well with a semi-fixed plan, but she's also open to changes. She would be happy to redesign the flat and flat share life together with you.
In the apartment, in addition to the 2 rooms and the cozy living room, we have a relatively large storage room. Furthermore, the balcony faces south-east and gets sun until noon (as are the living room and the kitchen). In addition, there is a bicycle cellar in the house, a drying room and a cellar compartment for this apartment.
