This room belongs to studentenwerk. Only students can apply. I am doing master thesis in stuttgart. My room will be subleased for 1 month. If I could defend my thesis on november. I will give the room forever and you can make contract with studentenwerk. If i could not defend thesis on november, i need to stay on room on december, there after you can make new contract
The Room is 18 square meters square, fully furnished with the basics (bed with mattress, study table with chair and a wardrobe) there is a big window facing the front, but its still very quiet. There is a separate storage space available for bicycle storage. The apartment is maintained by studentenwerk.This apartment is best suited for students.
10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Universität.
20 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder per Fahrrad in die Bremer City.
