The house is a 2 storey and the first floor consists of 2 bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) the kitchen, balcony, a guest bathroom and a long hall. In the second floor there are 3 bedrooms. The room that is listed here has a common bathroom with the other neighbouring bedroom.
It consists of a king size bed, closets, table, chair. For a better view you can request an online call.
The room is very clean and spacious, it has a big window and has wooden floor.
The house is located in one of the richest and safest neighbourhoods in Bremen. The tram station (Metzer Straße) is only 2 steps away from the door of the house. The HBF is 10 minutes away by tram, or 15 min by bike. There are a lot of markets like Netto and Rewe near, but also a big Sparkasse filiale bank.The hospitals and apothekes are near as well.a
Me and Elena have graduated from Jacobs University and are working full time jobs, while Jess and Vale are still finishing their thesis. The house is never dull because we like to invite our friends, hang out, watch movies or even cook delicious dishes together. I like to play videogames or watch football matches in my free time, and everyone is welcomed to join me.
The kitchen and everything is fully equipped and the price includes the heating, the electricity and all the utilities.
We are looking for an adult of our age who is either a student or is working. You need to be responsible, clean and easy going. You also have to speak english because we are not very fluent in german.
