Hi,
I have a free room from 16.01 until 30.9.2019. The room is furnished with queen sized bed, working desk and chair, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The flat is in the attic (2nd floor). The room itself is quite spacious and bright.
The flat has 3 rooms, kitchen set and bathroom with shower and a balcony.
The rent is 320 (warm miete) including Wi-Fi connection. The home appliances and kitchenware are complete and free to use. The washing machine and drying room is located in the basement.
It located in a very good location. Only 2-3 mins walking to tram and bus station (tram 2 and 10, bus 21, 730, 740) and 7 mins to S Bahn station. It takes ca. 20 mins to Bremen uni and to city centre. It is also near Daimler factory (only 15 mins walking),so it is suitable for student who will have practical work there.
Many choices of grocery shops nearby such as Bizim halal shop, Aldi, Rossmann, Kaufland and Real. And there's a kiosk just by the road for grabbing emergency snacks
At the moment, there are 2 persons including me living here. We are both Indonesian students (female and male) with not a perfect German skill, but understand overall but of course we speak English well. We are calm, clean and uncomplicated persons. We like to cook very much.
