Das Zimmer zeichnet sich vor allem dadurch aus, dass es aus einem Schlafzimmer und einem abgetrennten Büroraum besteht. Es gibt Fenster in beiden Räumen, wodurch es schön hell ist. Das Zimmer wird vollmöbliert übergeben, mit einem 1,50m breiten Bett, einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank und kleineren Aubewahrungsmöglichkeiten. Im Büroraum stehen ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein Drucker.
Unsere Küche ist klein, aber gemütlich, sodass man dort auch schön zusammen sitzen kann. Es gibt auch einen Balkon, auf dem sich vor allem im Sommer gut Zeit verbringen lässt. Das ganze Jahr über scheint von dort aus die Morgensonne in die Küche hinein.

The room consists of a bedroom and an extra office space. They both have windows, so it is quite bright and nice. The room is fully furnished, with a bed, a large wardrobe and smaller cupboards. In the office there is a desk, a chair and a printer.
Our kitchen is small, but cozy, so you can sit there together well. We also have a balcony with a lot of mornig sun.
Die Lage ist optimal, mitten im Viertel. Bermudadreieck und Sielwall sind direkt um die Ecke und doch ist es in unserer Straße eher ruhig und familiär. Die Haltestelle Sielwall ist in circa vier Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und von dort aus ist man mit den Straßenbahnlinien 2,3 und 10 super angebunden. REWE ist ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, genauso aber auch andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten; diverse Supermärkte und kleine Läden. Und natürlich gibt es ein großes Angebot von Bars und Cafés quasi direkt vor der Haustür.

The flat is ideally located in the very heart of the Viertel.
Bermudadreieck and Sielwall (where a lot of bars and restaurants are) are just a stone's throw away, however, the street itself is rather peaceful and family friendly.
It is also very well connected to the public transport, with the next tram station (Line 2,3 and 10) only 4 minutes away by foot. Furthermore, you'll find all the essential shops you may need: different supermarktes, bakerys, convenience stores and post offices are just around the corner.
Du würdest mit Lea und Lara zusammen wohnen:
Lea (27) mag Musik (hören und machen), Zeichnen und Trickfilm, ist gerne gesellig und unter Leuten, geht im Normalfall auch gerne aus und studiert nach ihrem Bachelor an der HfK nun im Master an der Uni Kunst- und Filmwissenschaft.
Lara (33) mag Pflanzen, bunte Tüten, Dokus, tragikomische Filme, Schwarztee, Collagen, Kunst, Interviewpodcasts, arbeitet im Kulturbereich und führt eine Fernbeziehung mit der Stadt Hamburg.
Lea wohnt schon einige Jahre in der WG, Lara kommt gerade auch neu dazu. Wir haben Lust auf nette Gespräche in der Küche bei einem gemeinsamen Kaffee, Tee oder Wein, genauso aber auch Verständnis für Rückzugsbedürfnisse. Wir wünschen uns ein angenehmes und freundliches WG-Miteinander, mit Respekt und gegenseitiger Rücksichtnahme.

You would live together with Lea and Lara.
Lea (27) likes to make and listen to music, to draw, Trickfilm and to be social and around other people. She finished her bachelor at the University of Arts and is now studying art and film theory at the university.
Lara (27) likes plants, colorful bags, documentaries, tragicomic films, black tea, collage, art, interview podcasts, works in the cultural area and is in a long distance relationship with the city Hamburg.
Lea lives here for some time already, Lara is coming newly too. We would like to have nice talks in the kitchen with a cup of coffee, tea oder a glass of wine, but of course we also respect privacy and have a need of it ourselves. We are looking forward to a friendly and considerate shared living.
