The flat is fully furnished and have everything you need ready to move in.
In the kitchen/living room is where you will meet all your new flat mates, also we have a TV in the living room with satellite TV. In the kitchen there is everything you need, so you don't have to worry about pots and pans. The kitchen has a fridge and separate freezer, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster and cutlery required. The flat come with a shower bathroom and have no balcony.
The room is 17 qm.,can be use by many purposes such as studying, meeting friends or simply sleeping. The room come with a wardrobe, bed with mattress, an extra large desk, complete with a book shelf, your own internet connection (10 Mb free for students, non-students have to pay 10 Euros), a TV socket if you wish to bring your own TV, and enough electrical sockets for all you appliances.
The town centre can be reached by Tram, bus or bike, with the bus/tram number 6,21,22,28 which is only 2 minute walk from the hall. The main German Autobahn is a short 2km drive which takes you to Hannover (50 mins) Hamburg (60 mins) Osnabruck (60 mins) or the German north coast (60 mins)
The current flatmate, he is a nice Chinese guy who love to cook a lot and having a small conversation from time to time. He usually around the flat in the evening, preparing his meal before heading out to work in the evening and be back around midnight. He also be around in the kitchen in the morning as well.
