-Position: facing West! you always get to see the sun sets form the room.
-Window: Huge double glassed window (about 5m2 of glass).
-Furnished? Double bed and, a huge 2.15m table for you intense studies. New carpeting and a board to hang your things. Two shelfs to store your books and knickknacks. Very complete, really.
Kitchen:
-Electric appliances: a freezer, fridge, oven, stove with 4 hobs, microwave and a toaster. (all working fine).
WC: pretty standard and relatively spacious for german standards. (about 5m2). It has a heating system to dry your clothes. (no spending on drying machines!)
Location:
-Literally 4 minutes (room door to tram door number 6 (that get you to supermarket in 7min, central station in 14min, airport non stop direct line ~30min).
-About 4 minutes to reach the Mensa (university restaurant).
-The building is in front of a park (see '3D' picture)
-If you enjoy parks, you are about 300m to the Bürgerpark. (is the biggest park inside the city).
You will agree with your flatmate the cleaning routines and so on.

-Laundry room with washing and drying machines. (and also vending machine)
-A Basement exclusive for your flat, at the ground flor.
-Reception (they will receive your deliveries for you)
