Das Zimmer ist möbiliert mit Bett, Schrank, Tisch und allem was man so braucht. Frei wäre es ab 01.11. und bis ca. 19. Dezember. Das genaue Datum müsst ihr dann nochmal mit eurem Mitbewohner Benjamin abklären. Falls ihr länger als nur zur Zwischenmiete hier bleiben wollt besteht auch die Möglichkeit auf Nachmiete in der Wohnung, da die bisherigen Bewohner nämlich alle bis zum Ende des Jahres aussziehen wird die Wohnung frei.
Gesamtmiete monatlich für eure Zimmer: 330 Euro
The room is furnished with bed, table, wardrobe and everything you need. You can move into the room at the first of november until about the 19th of december. You have to talk about the exact dates to Benjamin your roomate. In case you want to stay longer than December, there is the option of renting the flat for a longer period of time, since Benjamin is going to move out by the end of december.

Die Lage ist top: 10 min ins Viertel (zu Fuß), Netto und Bushaltestelle direkt über die Strasse.
The location is great: 10 min by foot into Viertel, Vetto and a bus stop are right across the street.
Eure Mitbewohner Benjamin arbeitet unter der Woche in Hannover und ist wenn überhaupt nur am Wochenende da. Ihr hättet also quasi meistens die ganze WOhnung für euch allein (2,5 Zimmer, wovon ihr euch auf jeden Fall in 1,5 austoben könnt).
Your flat mate Benjamin is only there during weekends, because he works during the week in Hannover. You would tehrefore basically have the whole flat for your one.
Falls ihr Interesse habt schreibt mir gerne eine email. Besichtigungen finden dieses Wochende statt, entweder Samstag oder Sonntag. Da werdet ihr dann auch euren Mitbewohner Benjamin kennen lernen.
