Das Zimmer ist ein ausgebauter und möbilierter Dachboden, den du alleine bewohnen wirst. Der grüne Teppich und die dunklen Wandschränke wirken zwar wenig charmant ;-), aber mit Postern und bunten Teppichen lässt sich der Dachboden schnell in einen gemütlichen Raum umwandeln und die Wandschränke bieten viel Stauraum für deinen Kram. Die Nachbarn scheinen die angrenzenden Dachgeschosse nicht zu bewohnen und somit gibt es die Möglichkeit einfach mal die Tür zu zu machen und da oben ganz für sich zu sein.
Insgesamt erstreckt sich die Wohnung über 3 Stockwerke und hat 2 Toiletten plus Bad (s. Grundriss). Das große Wohnzimmer darf und soll gerne mitbenutzt werden.
The furnished room is in the attic. You will be the only person living on the fourth floor. So it's quite calm up there. As you can see on the pictures the room looks a bit frumpy with its green carpet and dark brown closets ;-), but with some nice decoration you can easily change it to a cosy room.
We live in a narrow house on three floors and a huge living room. And you're very welcome to share the living room with your flatmates.
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich perfekt in einer Seitenstraße von Bremens belebtem Viertel. Dadurch ist man mitten drin, hat aber nicht den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht das wilde Leben direkt vorm Fenster. In 3 Minuten ist man an der Bahn und zu Fuß braucht man ca. 20min. zum Bahnhof. Auch die Weser ist zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt um die Ecke von Netto bis Bioläden eigentlich alles.
Our apartment is centrally located. The city center and main train station is within walking distance (about 20 minutes). Even though the neighbourhood ("das Viertel") is full of nightlife, it's quite peaceful in our street.
Tram stops, the river "Weser", supermarkets and bars are close by.
Wir, Arkadi, Lina, Nuri und ? wünschen uns jemanden der Lust auf WG-Leben hat. Wir wollen keine Zweck-WG, sondern gemeinsam mit dir das große Wohnzimmer und die Küche nutzen! Wir kochen gerne mal was zusammen und freuen uns auch über andere gemeinsame Aktivitäten.
Ansonsten haben wir gerne und viel Besuch und sind selbst auch gerne in der Welt, bzw. unterwegs, sodass du sowohl auf "Full House" als auch ein "Reich für dich" hoffen kannst. Wenn wir mal nicht zuhause sind, dann findest Du Arkadi, Lina, Nuri und ? üblicherweise in osteuropäischen Ländern, bei Theatergruppen oder ähnlichem.
Arkadi ist Mathematiker und arbeitet als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Uni. Lina ist Sonderpädagogin und macht ihren Master in Bildungs- und Erziehungswissenschaften. Nuri ist Kleinkind und beschäftigt sich momentan primär damit zu quasseln und Apfel, Brot, Dinkelstangen und Spielzeug in der Wohnung zu verteilen. ? bewohnt derzeit noch Linas Bauch, wird aber in den nächsten Wochen zu uns in die WG ziehen. Wir freuen uns über jemanden der Lust hat auch eine Bezugsperson für die Kinder und ein Teil der "Familie" zu werden.
Gerne begrüßen wir auch jemand berufstätigen in unserer WG.
We, Arkadi, Lina, Nuri and ? would appreciate if you are not only interested in sharing the apartment with us, but also if you're interested in spending some free time with us (hang out some time, cooking together...).
Some sentences about us:
We love to invite friends and family to our place, travel (e.g. to Eastern Europe) and are interested in theater. Arkadi is doing his PhD in mathematics and Lina studies pedagogics in a Master programme at the University of Bremen. Nuri is toddler and he is extremely busy with talking and spreading food and toys in the apartment. We would like a person who wants to be part of our childrens life and our "family".
