Ich biete hier mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich im Auslandssemester bin. Zum Zimmer an sich gibt es nicht so viel zu sagen, ausser dass es voll moebliert ist. Dafür haben wir aber eine riesige 45qm Wohnküche, die sich super zum Chillen und Kochen eignet.
I am offering my room for rent, since I am gone for a semester abroad. The room comes fully furnished. We have a huge common space with kitchen and living room, perfect for hanging out and cooking with friends.
Die Wohnung liegt super zwischen Bus und Bahnhaltestelle und Supermaerkte sind auch nicht weit. Ins Viertel braucht man 10 - 15 min zu Fuss.
The Flat is perfectly located in between Bus and Tram Stops. There is a Supermarket near by. To get to the Viertel (where all the best bars are in Bremen) you need to walk like 10- 15 min.
Du wuerdest mit Florian, Santos und Sebastian zusammenwohnen. Florian arbeitet, Santos und Sebastian fangen beide zum neuen Semester an zu studieren. Im Wohnzimmer kann man abends gut zusammen rumhaengen oder was Kochen.
You would be living with Florian, Santos and Sebastian. Florian is working, Santos and Sebastian both are going to study starting next Semester. They are relaxed people who are up for fun.
Kaution ist fuer die Moebel im Zimmer.
