I would like to offer my 13m2~ room for sublet while I am away during February(I will be away from 5-28 Feb but I can be flexible with exact date you are staying). It’s an under the rooftop wg in a big house in Walle. We are directly next to Walle Bahnhof, close to hfk, well connected to the city with bus 26 and tram 10 and 2.
You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with my roommate, who is a school teacher in Sport and Art. She is super friendly and would expect you also be a nice person to have a chat with.
The full monthly rent is 350 Euro including everything, if you are staying shorter we can adjust the price accordingly.

Ich möchte mein 13 m²~ Zimmer zur Untermiete anbieten, während ich im Februar weg bin (ich bin vom 5. bis 28. Februar nicht in Bremen, kann aber flexibel sein mit dem Datum). Es ist eine WG unter dem Dach in einem großen Haus in Walle. Es liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof Walle, in der Nähe der hfk, gut an die Stadt angebunden mit Bus 26 und Straßenbahn 10 und 2.
Du wirst die Küche und das Badezimmer mit meiner Mitbewohnerin teilen, die Sport- und Kunstlehrerin ist. Sie ist super freundlich.
Die volle Monatsmiete beträgt 350 Euro inklusive allem, bei kürzeren Aufenthalten können wir den Preis entsprechend anpassen.
