ein klein aber fein Zimmer ist ab dem 01. Juli 2021 langfristig in einer 3er WG zu vergeben. Es ist 9 qm groß, voll möbliert. 7 min Fußweg vom Bahnhof Walle. Es gibt auch 1 kleinen Tv im Zimmer. Es ist nicht nur für Studenten beschränkt. Sauberkeit ist sehr wichtig und Rauchen ist im Zimmer nicht erlaubt. Gemeinsame Küche und Bad. jeder Mieter hat seinen eigenen Kühlschrank. Sie sollten ein wenig Deutsch sprechen, da die Vermieterin kein Englisch spricht. Bilder anbei.

Hello,
a small but nice room is available from 01 July 2021 on a long-term basis in a 3-person shared apartment. It is 9 sqm, fully furnished. 7 min walk from the train station Bhf Walle. There is also 1 small Tv in the room. It is not limited to students only. Cleanliness is very important and smoking is not allowed in the room. Common kitchen and bathroom. every tenant has their own fridge. You should speak a little German as the landlady does not speak English. Pictures attached.

Sehr gute Anbindung an Stadt und Uni. . Lebensmittelläden (Rewe,Lidl, Netto) und Apotheken. Arzt sind in der Nähe. Walle Zentrum ist auch 10 min zu Fuß.
Hier wohnt Pandey 30 und Pattrick 32. Beide sind berufstätig. wir sehen uns in der Küche und reden ein bisschen. ansonsten hat jeder seine Ruhe. der Putzplan wird wöchentlich rotiert. es gibt einen großen Hinterhof, wo man ein Fahrrad abstellen oder Wäsche trocknen kann.
Miete ist 215+Strom( ca.25)
