- 2 Month's cold rental (Kalt) for your room.
2) Internet speed?
- Internet is not set up yet. It can be up to 1Gb, enough for the most intensive gaming needs.
3) What does the Nebenkosten includes?
- Nebenkosten is currently an estimate (A ballpark, as the Brits and American would call it). It will include Internet, the evil TV-tax, insurances, electricity and heating cost...)
4) Income proof?
- While we welcome people from all walks of life to apply, income proof will significantly increase your chance of being invited to a WG-viewing. Students
5) SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) needed?
- Yes, please submit your SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) .
6) When will I know whether I am being considered?
- We try to get back to every message within 48 hours, to ask further questions or invite to viewing. Please note that the first meeting will be a group viewing. We cannot tailored for individual viewing timing.
7) Your ideal WG Tenant?
- 3G: Cleanliness, Considerate and Communication. Someone who will care for the property like it is their own. Aware of the neighbourhood and enjoying life.
