Achtung - dein Zimmer hat kuschelige 9qm! Wir haben den riesigen Wohnraum noch mal durch drei geteilt und draufgerechnet, weil wir dachten, dass der WG-gesucht-Filter sonst Leute aussortiert, die eigentlich aber Bock auf Gemeinschaft hätten.. Wir haben nämlich ein nices 40qm Wohnzimmer :)
Dein Zimmer befindet sich mit zwei weiteren Zimmern und dem Badezimmer im ersten Stock. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, Kommoden etc. finden sich unter einem großen Podestbett. Du hast viel Licht: Zwei Fenster und ein süßer Balkon gehen in den Innenhofe/zu einem Schulhof hinaus. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Küche, Gäste-WC und das sehr geräumige Wohnzimmer. Es gibt noch einen zweiten Balkon, alle Balkone werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Im Gemeinschaftskeller ist Platz für Fahrräder und es ist auch noch ein privates Kellerabteil vorhanden.

Attention - your room has a cozy 9sqm! We have a huge living space, divided it by three and added it to your room, because we thought that otherwise there would be people sorted out by the filter, who would actually love the living room (it has 40sqm) :)
Your own room is on the second floor with two other rooms and the bathroom. The room is fully furnished, chests of drawers etc. can be found under a large platform bed. You have a lot of light: two windows and a sweet balcony go out to the courtyard (schoolyard). On the first floor there is a kitchen, guest toilet and the very spacious living room. There is a second balcony, all balconies are shared.
There is space for bicycles in the shared cellar and there is also a private cellar compartment.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Utbremer Straße, von dort aus ist man mit der Straßenbahnlinie 2 oder der 10 innerhalb von zehn Minuten am Hauptbahnhof bzw. in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Laufweite (Netto, und alles Mögliche im Walle-Center). Die HfK ist innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, zur Uni Bremen kann man gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren, zur HSB ebenso.

The apartment is located directly at the stop Utbremer Straße, from there you can reach the main station or the city center within ten minutes by streetcar line 2 or 10. Shopping facilities are within walking distance (Netto, and all sorts in the Walle-Center). The University of Arts can be reached by bike in a few minutes, the University of Bremen is easily reached by public transport, as is the Hochschule Bremen.
Ich suche einen Ersatz für mich, während ich in Japan ein Auslandssemester mache: Kim und Vanessa sind deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen.
Kim studiert an der Uni Bremen und macht bald ihren Bachelor, Vanessa macht aktuell einen Sprachkurs und wird vermutlich im Herbst eine Ausbildung anfangen.
Mit dabei ist auch unser Kater O’Malley: Grau, ein bisschen dick und sehr entspannt. Unser WG-Leben läuft nach dem Motto „alles kann, nichts muss“. Wir kochen gerne mal zusammen oder füreinander oder sitzen einfach zusammen und quatschen. Viel Party steigt bei uns nicht, aber Kim macht gern Spieleabende und Vanessa ist zum Feiern gehen gut zu haben. Die beiden würden sich sehr freuen, dich kennenzulernen!

I'm looking for a replacement for me while I'm doing a semester abroad in Japan: Kim and Vanessa are your future roommates.
Kim is studying at the University of Bremen and will soon do her bachelor's degree, Vanessa is currently doing a language course and will probably start an apprenticeship in the fall.
Also with us is our cat O'Malley: gray, a bit fat and very relaxed. Our WG life runs according to the motto "everything can, nothing must". We like to cook together or for each other or just sit together and chat. We don't party much, but Kim likes to do game nights and Vanessa does like to go out clubbing. Both of them would be very happy to meet you!
Da ich nur für ein Semester gehe, dann aber zurückkomme, bleiben viele meiner Sachen dort. Du kannst also gern nach Absprache alles von PC-Bildschirm bis Fahrrad nutzen.

As I will only be gone for one semester, a lot of my things will stay there. So we can arrange for you to use everything from PC monitor to bike.
