Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung in Woltmershausen unter. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, die durch eine Tür verbunden sind, aber auch einzelne Türen haben, um vom Flur dorthin zu gelangen; eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und einem Dachboden (dort ist mein Schlafzimmer). Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett, Tisch, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und einer Waschmaschine. Sie befindet sich im ersten Stock eines kleinen Hauses. Ich plane, den größten Teil des Augusts und für ca. 2 Wochen im September/Oktober weg zu sein, dann hättest Du die ganze Wohnung für Dich. Die Miete beträgt 400Euro pro Monat.
I am subrenting a room in my apartment in Woltmershausen. The apartment consists of a living- and bedroom which are connected by a door but also have individual doors to get there from the hallway; a kitchen, a bathroom and an attic (where I sleep). The apartment is fully furnished with a bed, table, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. It is situated in the first floor of a small house. I am planning to be away from a lot in august and also a few weeks in september/october. In this time you would have the apartment for yourself. The rent is 400 euros per month.
Die Wohnung ist mit dem Bus 24 gut erreichbar und es gibt einen REWE in der Nähe, beide sind etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, dass man bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann und vom Vogelgezwitscher geweckt wird :)
It is well connected by bus 24 and there is a REWE closeby, both within a walking distance of approximately 2 minutes. The surrounding area is very quiet, so it is possible to sleep with an open window to be woken up by the birds singing :)
Ich studiere zur Zeit freie Kunst an der Hfk Bremen. In meiner Freizeit koche ich gerne, schaue Filme oder gehe spazieren.
I am a student of fine arts at HfK Bremen. In my free time I like to cook, watch films or take walks.
Ich möchte Dich bitten, einmal die Woche die Pflanzen zu gießen und suche jemanden, auf den ich mich dabei verlassen kann.
In der Wohnung bitte nicht rauchen.
I would kindly want to ask you to water the plants once a week, so I am looking for someone I can rely on doing that.
