I‘m subletting my room from 1st of october 2023 until 1st of february 2024 because i‘m going to study ubroad.
It‘s a shared flat with two storeys and my room is in the apartment upstairs, the last storey of the building.
It has two windows, nice view on bremen and the sunrise/ moonrise.
For the subletting purpose i would empty out the 3 dresser and leave you beddings + towels.
The rent is 255€ warm (includes gas and water).
+ furniture 100€
+ deposit
(preferred with insurance)
*No heavy smokers or smoking in the room, you can

The apartment is very close to the city center,
Tram Stop 2 + 10 around the corner, also a backery, the post office, laundromat, restaurants caffees, ice cream parlor, shisha, penny, rewe, etc. etc.
Also close to the apartment is the University of Arts Bremen / Hochschule für Künste Bremen and the waller beach (ca. 8 mins by bike)
The city center is also very close (ca. 8 min by bike or tram) and also there is a bus stop near by with the dorection to university bremen.
The neighbourhood is mostly quiet, there is a church nerby with bells and an elemantary school
Upstairs is my room, next to it Tabeas room, and a bathroom with washing maschine.
Downstairs are Verena and Nefelis rooms, the kitchen and bathroom with shower/bathtub situation. Also we have a balcony that we share.
Nefeli (20), cancer, is about to finish her FSJ, is into psychadelic rock and always on some new adventures.
Verena (20), gemini, studies at the university of bremen and teaches herself pole.
Tabea (26), leo, studies fine arts at the hfk and works on a new painting right now

Since i am subletting my room i would really prefer if you like to keep your place also clean and tidy like i do :)
It is NOT a MUST but preffered to have experience in shared flats.
